The weekly rota we deliver to you is done so by our team in-between care calls and therefore, at times can be slightly late, we apologise for this but always endeavor to have them delivered to you as soon as possible. Washing up may be done once personal care has been completed, we are aware that this is not always possible due to time constraints. Management has changed slightly recently, but we are confident this won't affect the high-quality service you currently receive from us. Once again, thank you for your review.
