Avoston were very obliging, they were able to comply with requests for visits at times to suit the other demands made of the carer, the support was delivered in a friendly professional fashion.
The service fitted our requirements exactly.
There was a genuine interest shown by the staff of the needs
of the person who was being cared for.

The absolute only disappointment about Avoston is that they don't cover a bigger geographic area!


In late December my grandparents health took a turn, they weren't coping, and we needed to mobilise a care plan as fast as possible.


Within 4 hours the manager came out to do an assessment, and

by the next day the care plan started.


The team are respectful, kind and friendly!


Sadly they couldn't manage at home any longer and we had to move them closer to family, with plans to move them into an on site annex soo .


I just wish the manager and the team covered our new area!

Avoston care supported my father. I found the team to be caring and flexible. Carers were able to gauge and advise on situations in the home in a professional manner.
My father went from being reluctant to allow any support to actively looking forward to the arrival of carers. We had open communication
and it was easy to get feedback. I would recommend.

Since the start of 2025 my parents needed care. Circumstances changed numerous times over the past 6 months but Avoston have been incredibly flexible.
My father sadly passed away in May and Avoston were amazing in their sensitivity to the needs of my mother and the family.
The company provide 24/7
care for my mother and are pro active in anticipating her needs. She is taken out regularly and given friendship and company rather than staff just doing their job.
I highly recommend this company and their staff.

My wife received experienced care in a professional, sensitive way, always put first for her personal needs. The staff were aware just how much my wife enjoyed their visits to our home. The routine my wife needed was carefully implemented on a daily basis and met all her needs. On a routine day, the
staff would arrive on time and complete all of their duties to a very high standard. It was quite obvious that the staff received regular updated training.

The Avoston service has been excellent since day one. The staff are very professional any work required is done with no fuss and very professionally. My major fault I'm told is I talk too much; however, we have nice chats after every visit. I'm happy to have them in my house! They are all very friendly.

Both my parent have required additional help over the past couple of years due to their age and having dementia. During this time we have used Avoston for their needs.
All the carers and staff have been very helpful, happy and have looked after my parents perfectly sometimes at very short notice.
Even
though my parents can be very stubborn at times the carers have been able to adapt and assist all the while giving them respect and kindness.

Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much hassle, and I am treated as an individual not just a case number, and to have a named carer is of Great help to me, as I have trust issues of I need extra support they are there for me.

The lady, right from the onset was kind , professional ,knowledgeable but most all caring . Her understanding of issues dealing with the elderly was second to none .

After we had lost my mother, whom my 92 year old stepfather cared for, he had two major operations and 12 weeks in hospital. He was left unable to care for himself, lonely and very unwell. I was left needing to find a permanent carer. After a lot of sleepless nights and worry, I came across Avoston
Ltd.
I could not be happier with this very professional, caring company that has managed to put a smile on my stepfather’s face again. His name for his carer is so appropriate his ‘ray of sunshine’. His carer looks after his every need from food, cleaning, hospital/doctors appointments, organising his medication and much more.
It is such a relief to have someone that I can trust and rely on to put his best interests first. I highly recommend this company.
