Avoston Ltd - West Sussex

The whole team at Avoston Ltd have been and continue to do so brilliant with both my mum and dad. The care they receive is out of this world, they treat them with respect and go that extra mile even look after the dog. Before Avoston we tried a different company (there is on comparison - would recommend Avoston every time.

All the carers treat our mum with gentle care and compassion, as a carer of many years myself, my standards are high, we were so reluctant to have 'outside' help but Avoston deliver beyond our dreams and we are grateful

Thank you for all your hard work to the carers coming to Gramps and to everyone behind the scenes sorting the paperwork and rotas, I no it would not have been easy to fit it all in last minute coming to care for my grandad 4 times a day but you managed to fit us in, we are really greatfull as a family.

Avoston are a excellent company. The carers are really easy to work with and show my dad nothing but kindness.

Avoston have been looking after my 83 year old sister for the last six weeks or so and have been incredibly caring, supportive and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with and despite some very difficult circumstances have handled her care with respect and kindness. I can't speak more highly about this organisation and their team members.

Excellent care provider very knowledgeable and friendly staff definitely go above and beyond to help and very understanding and always happy and cheerful definitely a great company for home care!!!!!!

We engaged Avoston to help care for my mother while my father was in hospital. Over time they took on the care for both my parents. The Avoston staff were very warm, caring, and engaging. They made a real effort to do more than was strictly needed, and were professional at all times. The management were very communicative and helped us to fight with the local clinic when they needed to. Sadly, both my parents have now passed away, but I would not hesitate to recommend Avoston to anyone looking for short-term or long-term care.

There was a genuine interest shown by the staff of the needs of the person who was being cared for.

The absolute only disappointment about Avoston is that they don't cover a bigger geographic area!

In late December my grandparents health took a turn, they weren't coping, and we needed to mobilise a care plan as fast as possible.

Within 4 hours the manager came out to do an assessment, and by the next day the care plan started.

The team are respectful, kind and friendly!

Sadly they couldn't manage at home any longer and we had to move them closer to family, with plans to move them into an on site annex soo .

I just wish the manager and the team covered our new area!

My father went from being reluctant to allow any support to actively looking forward to the arrival of carers. We had open communication and it was easy to get feedback. I would recommend.

My wife received experienced care in a professional, sensitive way, always put first for her personal needs. The staff were aware just how much my wife enjoyed their visits to our home. The routine my wife needed was carefully implemented on a daily basis and met all her needs. On a routine day, the staff would arrive on time and complete all of their duties to a very high standard. It was quite obvious that the staff received regular updated training.

The Avoston service has been excellent since day one. The staff are very professional any work required is done with no fuss and very professionally. My major fault I'm told is I talk too much; however, we have nice chats after every visit. I'm happy to have them in my house! They are all very friendly.
