In late December my grandparents health took a turn, they weren't coping, and we needed to mobilise a care plan as fast as possible.
Within 4 hours the manager came out to do an assessment, and
The team are respectful, kind and friendly!
Sadly they couldn't manage at home any longer and we had to move them closer to family, with plans to move them into an on site annex soo .
I just wish the manager and the team covered our new area!
