I wish to take this opportunity to say a very big thank you for the service given by your company whilst looking after my stepfather in 2025. He was looked after and treated with the utmost care, being treated as a human being who had end of life needs. Nothing was too much for them, from personal care to just having a chat, ensuring his needs were met as my stepfather required, they also made sure my mother was ok and looked after her needs with support. I would recommend anyone looking for a care service to White Heart Care Services. Thank you for everything you did for them.

Very happy with the carers that come in the mornings to help my husband wash and dress. They are very polite and ask if there is anything else they can help with. They are also reliable and arrive on time.

I have found the service back to back absolutely an essential part of my daily routine. I really appreciate what things have done that I cannot do.

I am not allowed to say what happened to me while with this company, only that it was very bad. They have a mother/daughter team working in the Rottingdean and Saltdean areas. If you have these two, get rid of them. If you don't, the same thing will happen to you. First, you will start to feel ill, then things will start to go missing from your home. Oh don't bother telling the owner, he doesn't care. These two women can do whatever they like. So if you value your loved ones, do not go with White Heart Care. If you do, you will regret it.
