Jubilee Angels Limited (Jubilee) is a CQC-regulated company that provides personal care and live-in support services in the community. They provide person-centred care in the comfort of clients’ own homes following a care plan specifically tailored to their needs. They offer adults of all ages the extra comfort and reassurance of 24-hour one-to-one support, enabling them to stay in the comfort of their own homes.

Jubilee supports individuals to regain and retain their independence so that they can remain living independently in their own homes for as long and as safely as possible. They strongly believe that clients’ rights are paramount, therefore they strive to provide personal care and support in ways which have positive outcomes for clients and clients' families whilst promoting choice and independence.

Jubilee provides care and support, including, but not limited to the following activities:

•        Medication support and assistance
•        High Dependency Care, two carers attending
•        Palliative Care
•        Personal Hygiene Care and grooming
•        Respite cover

•        Accompanying clients to medical and dental appointments
•        Housekeeping and assisting with daily domestic chores
•        Assisting with pet care where possible.

Jubilee ensures that clients are supported to exercise choice and control. They will always endeavour to provide each client with a package of care that contributes to his or her overall personal and healthcare needs and preferences. They will work closely with other services and professionals to help maximise each and every client’s independence and to ensure as fully as possible the client’s full participation in the community.

Every member of the care team is of the highest standard. The problems arise with late arrival due to travelling time not being allocated correctly. Minor problems with communication need to be addressed. Would be better if we had the one carer through out as opposed to multiple staff.

Care is excellent, carers are great at their jobs always polite follow all of the correct procedures. The care co-ordinators are also great with assisting me with changing my call times / cancelling my calls.

Jubilee Angels is a very caring and thoughtful company with attentive and very helpful staff. From personal experience I would thoroughly recommend them. The staff are extremely polite, well mannered and considerate and it is a relief for me knowing that my mother is in safe hands. If there is a
medical problem it is either relayed to me or a healthcare professional. There has been an occasion when she has been unwell and the carer stayed with her until the matter was resolved - very reassuring

Jubilee Angels carers have cared for my parents for about two and a half years. Their carers are punctual thorough and caring.
They have provided meals personal care and assisted in household duties.Their admin staff are approachable and have adapted the care they provide according to my parents requirements.I
would recommend them highly.

After experiencing poor service from three previous care companies, we turned to Jubilee Angels as our fourth and final choice-and they have exceeded our expectations. One of the biggest issues we faced with other companies was the lack of continuity in caregivers, which was particularly distressing
for my mother, who suffers from dementia. With Jubilee Angels, this has not been a problem. They have provided consistent, compassionate, and reliable caregivers who are punctual, friendly, and professional. This stability has made a significant difference in my mother's well-being, along with providing relief from the daily stress of worrying about her care. We are extremely grateful for their support and highly recommend Jubilee Angels to anyone in need of quality elderly care.
