Every member of the care team is of the highest standard. The problems arise with late arrival due to travelling time not being allocated correctly. Minor problems with communication need to be addressed. Would be better if we had the one carer through out as opposed to multiple staff.

Care is excellent, carers are great at their jobs always polite follow all of the correct procedures. The care co-ordinators are also great with assisting me with changing my call times / cancelling my calls.

Jubilee Angels is a very caring and thoughtful company with attentive and very helpful staff. From personal experience I would thoroughly recommend them. The staff are extremely polite, well mannered and considerate and it is a relief for me knowing that my mother is in safe hands. If there is a medical problem it is either relayed to me or a healthcare professional. There has been an occasion when she has been unwell and the carer stayed with her until the matter was resolved - very reassuring

They have provided meals personal care and assisted in household duties.Their admin staff are approachable and have adapted the care they provide according to my parents requirements.I would recommend them highly.

After experiencing poor service from three previous care companies, we turned to Jubilee Angels as our fourth and final choice-and they have exceeded our expectations. One of the biggest issues we faced with other companies was the lack of continuity in caregivers, which was particularly distressing for my mother, who suffers from dementia.
