Easy to organise, prompt service with excellent communication between my mother and myself and sister. Staff always polite and kind. Happy to do lots of different jobs as well as the initial requirements. Great to have a schedule ahead of time.

My mother has needed care for her feet, which has involved them having to be soaked for an hour before being treated. The staff who came have all been very friendly, attentive and kind - doing other odd jobs during the soaking periods, but also taking the time to talk to mum, who is a widow who lives
alone.

Helping Hands help with the care of my 88 year old parents. We have been using them for nearly 6 months and have only positive things to say about them. A carer comes in every day to help with personal hygiene and making sure they are happy and have what they need.
The carers are all very friendly
and liked by my parents.
Within reason they will be as flexible as possible on timings and making changes to the visits.
Would thoroughly recommend them.

This was the first time I have had to have help and all your staff have made it an easy and very friendly experience. They are always on time and do all they can to make their visits a good time with all their help, I enjoy their company, especially as they are often my only visitors in a day.

From start to finish excellent service, I needed care for mum while I took a trip away, before I went she had a fall, the care I had arranged for overnight care wasn't enough so it was arranged at a days notice for 3 ladies 1 each day to sit with with Mum, she had a lovely time with them all. They were
fantastic, kind, caring and treated mum with utmost respect. Couldn't of asked for more, I could relax away.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.867 for Helping Hands Home Care (Fakenham) is calculated as follows: ( (26 Excellents x 5) + (4 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 30 Ratings = 4.867

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Helping Hands Home Care (Fakenham) is based on 5 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 = 4.5
