The Spring Valley team has been amazing in their care of both our parents over the past few years. They take the time to find out what our dad likes and needs and talk to him about his interests. They are thoughtful and proactive and always positive and caring. The manager is very responsive and helpful and ensures there is continuity and familiar carers as much as possible. I would absolutely recommend Spring Valley Care. They have given our family peace of mind knowing that our parents are so well looked after when we aren't able to be there. The live-in service provided by Spring Valley to Mum is fantastic. They have been supporting my mum for nearly 2-years, firstly with intensive care following two falls and for the last 18-months live-in care. The manager ensures a person-centred individualised care service taking into account the client's needs and wishes and works closely with us to ensure Mum is cared for and supported in a way we are very happy with. We are a close family, and this is very important to all of us. I genuinely don't know how we'd have got through the last 2-years without the manager and her team!! A big thank you to them all!

They came to us at a time when we were urgently in need of some support with looking after my father, who had dementia and terminal cancer, among other things. They were amazing, taking care of my father with dignity and respect. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive of my mother also. Not only did they take great care of my father, but they also advised us about things we could do to make life much easier with Dad’s care. With their kindness and support, they got us through a really difficult time, and I will forever be grateful. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend this company and their caregivers.

Spring Valley looked after our mum during the last two months of her life when she was at the palliative stage. I cannot thank all the carers enough for their kindness, warmth and professionalism. It was so obvious that the manager (who also delivered hands-on care to Mum herself) has brought together a wonderful team who clearly genuinely love their work and the people in their care. I wish we had known about Spring Valley a long time ago, as various agencies caring for our father during the latter stages of Alzheimer's and Mum before were generally OK, but Spring Valley is honestly in a league of its own. We have ended up feeling that the whole team are part of our extended family. We will be grateful to the manager and all the other ladies forever for making what was a very difficult time a great deal easier, and for ensuring that Mum's final weeks were dignified and filled with tenderness. Fantastic service from the Manager and her team of carers. Your loved ones will be in safe hands with these lovely and knowledgeable people. After using 2 other care agencies they stand out head and shoulders above the others and at a fair and reasonable rate too. So glad I found them.

I have been very impressed by the standard of care my father receives. The staff are all very friendly and are usually on time for their visits, contacting me on the rare occasion when there has been an unavoidable delay. Tasks are carried out to a high level and with a minimum of fuss. The manager reviews my father's needs regularly. She is friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. When introducing new staff she ensures that they are accompanied until they are fully aware of my father's needs. I have already recommended Spring Valley Care to our elderly neighbours and they too are very pleased with the care they receive.

Spring Valley has provided an excellent level of care for my father-in-law since April 2019. The initial discussions, which took place prior to his hospital discharge, set a very positive tone. The whole team has exceeded our expectations and the staff have all had time for him and the rest of the family. The team members are friendly and punctual, and make sure that we know what has been done during visits, using a variety of communication media. Spring Valley Care Services Ltd have treated my mother with respect and dignity at all times. Their communication is very good and they let me know immediately if they have any concerns or would like to make recommendations. My mother is profoundly deaf and they understand how isolating this disability is and always make an effort to communicate with her. My mother has flourished since they have started supporting her, and I have peace of mind that my mother is being cared for like a member of the family whilst I'm at work. I would wholeheartedly recommend Spring Valley Care Services without any hesitation.

The initial assessment by the manager of the service was very detailed and ensured that all aspects of my care were covered. I feel confident that when I request a date and a time of arrival for my care, the carer will arrive at the time booked which is very important for me and my family. The carers are very well trained and do not rush my care and so take the time to make me comfortable.

The care my mother received was kind, respectful and caring, with attention to detail and always a warm, positive experience. The manageress and her colleague always arrived on time or with prior communication if they were delayed in any way. She made Mum's convalescence a positive time and really cheered her up at a time when she had lost her confidence after her fall.

I can highly praise this care company. They are professional and match their clients to their carers so they get the best client carer relationship. They use person-centred care which means the carers get the best care possible. My mother hasn't stopped smiling since this care company started working with her. She does not feel that the carer is just there to do care and they understand the importance of interpersonal relationships. For the first time in a long time, I feel I can go to bed at night not worrying that my mother is getting the care that she requires. If there are any concerns the care company ring me immediately and let me know. My mother tells me she feels for the first time in a long time that she feels cared for and that she has a new zest for life. They are a family run business that treat their clients like a member of their own family. I would recommend them to anyone.
