The carers were second to none. Absolutely wonderful. Took great care of my husband. Exceptional service provided.

The carers who attended my husband during his terminal illness were absolutely brilliant. Caring and professional not only to my husband but to me and my family I couldn't have kept Jack at home if it wasn't for their visits.

The carers took wonderful care of my Dad. The management stayed in constant communication with us to check how we were. Carers are very professional. A good team overall.

The carers and management really helped my mum live independently. Constantly checked in when she went into hospital. Overall good staff.

The management team provided exceptional support, ensuring everything ran smoothly and always put the well-being of my mum above eveything with professionalism and care.

The only thing I would say is that I now come in to book her for the next month, as in the past we have rung to book the appointment but they have either not been booked or missed entirely. This has really upset my mum so now I come in to book the service.

I wish anybody using their woefully inadequate service the very best of luck. They're going to need it.

All the staff are very punctual. Good manners. All wear personal protective equipment. All seem to adhere to the care plan which is so important. The company is easy to contact at any time and would recommend them. We have had other companies in the past and Local Homecare are the best.

All the carers have gone above and beyond in recent weeks to help my father cope with his many ongoing health problems and my mother who has worsening dementia, giving the rest of the family much needed peace of mind. They have always been treated with dignity and respect. Sadly my father has just passed away and my mother is now in a care home, but having the right care at home has allowed my parents to stay at home together for as long as possible

Am planning to use the sessions to go back to the gymnasium.

We have only been using Local Homecare for a couple of weeks for mum, (the girls come to make her lunch and sit with her for an hour and same again at tea time ) we have been very satisfied with the care she has received so far from her “dinner girls” as she calls them.
