Local Homecare has invested heavily in electronic monitoring systems which eliminates people leaving calls before the duration so I would like to assure you that having reviewed the data the calls commissioned are fulfilled and care staff often stay longer than planned. We also believe in a continuity of care and having reviewed care visits, your friend's team is a small one made up of 5 care staff.

We strive to provide consistency with our care workers to enable the customers to get used to the support and build good relationships with their carers. By promoting independence the customer does not feel like their life is being taken over, and then often looks forward to the care worker visiting them. I am glad it is working in this way with Mum.
