We have indeed a very good service from the carers that visit our home and who provide excellent care together with excellent telephone assistance in the event we need their help. We are very satisfied.
The agency were very supportive to my husband and family with their care provision. The carers who came to support us were exceptionally great and made the journey easier for us before my husband was moved to the nursing home because of my failing health. I will always remember their care and dedication.
Outstanding service throughout. Have contacted GA Professionals Healthcare at short notice to look after my wife who is a stroke survivor with very specific needs. The carer is quite compassionate and highly skilled making my wife feel safe and assured at all times. The head herself has visited, adding that extra layer of trust and peace of mind that my wife is in safe and caring hands while I was away. I am grateful for the professional service which I will continue using. Highly recommend!
We had an excellent experience with these carers. They were kind, patient and compassionate and went out of their way to help us cope with a very challenging time. We simply could not have done without them. Highly recommend them.
The only bright spot in this was the Head of the home care provider and her team. They not only looked after him wonderfully but also assisted and helped guide the whole family in this very difficult time.
The head herself frequently came to our house and visited and checked in on my father and all of us and advised us on things to do. She even visited him in hospital several times when he was there and gave us feedback.
She had some amazing staff who looked after him and the app enabled us to see how his days and nights were.
A huge thank you to GA for all you did. We really could not have managed without you.
