In February this year, my granny took unwell rather unexpectedly and we needed to increase her care package quickly. She was at risk of not being able to stay at home as she lost mobility, meaning we were having to travel 20 miles every evening to put her to bed. Sharon and her team were incredible; within a week, we had an extra daily visit authorised, as well as time increased throughout the day. We as a family cannot thank them enough for their support. They truly care about their service users. Our regular carers, Anju & Merin are fabulous and we couldn't be without them. Thanks for everything you do!
Thank you very much for your kind words, your Granny holds a very special place in all our hearts, I am glad we were able to work with you to find a speedy resolve, I will pass on your feedback to our amazing care team.
Thank you so very much.
Sharon & Team
Carers have been kind, caring and respectful as well as professional and I would very much recommend the service. I have had no concerns in the year that they have provided support for our family. The company are also highly responsive and there has always been someone on the end of the phone if I have needed anything.
We are pleased to hear you are happy with the support provided, thank you for taking the time to review our service, I will pass on your feedback to our amazing staff team.
I feel they go above and beyond for her. Polite and very respectful. My Mother is so comfortable with them she calls them her laddies.
Thank you for the positive feedback, we are extremely pleased to hear that both you and your Mum are happy with the service provided, we will pass on your positive praise to our amazing team.
Mum's carers attend to her medication twice a day where the service is extremely good, timely and efficient, given what we need, at this stage. Mum is not the easiest of clients but both the carers and managers of Time For You Care are extremely professional at interacting with her and keeping as positive an outlook on the situation, as is possible. I am very grateful for their approach and what this team does here. My own and my brothers' thanks!
Good afternoon, thank you for your review, we are pleased to hear how happy you are with the service provided by our amazing staff team, we will pass on your feedback. Kind regards.
I'm very happy to send you a personal review of my own experiences with homecare and it's been excellent. After recovering in hospital from a broken hip, I needed care at home with washing and dressing by professional carers. My loving wife has her own medical problems and struggles to cope with mine as well. At the moment I can manage adequately with a wake-up carer in the morning before noon. My carers are an interesting and pleasant bunch, mainly from Nigeria and South India and we have also become friends. They do a great job and I look forward to seeing them. They work hard and make life worth living. I am very grateful to you and your staff for helping me to make my life easier.
Always eager to fulfil your requests.
After a few problems (mostly with times that were promised but not fulfilled). I am very happy with the carers that look after my father. Tey are friendly and respectful and always have time to have a chat which my father enjoys. However, I find that when telephoning the office and informing them about my father's day out appointments or when I am staying over, they never seem to inform the carers and subsequently the carers call me or call at the house, which I feel it's a waste of their time.
I have just started a new care package and my carers are very helpful and caring and reassure me when I am anxious.
Excellent and consistent care provided by this organisation. Very thorough when gathering and documenting all information relating to my mum from the family. Carers are just lovely, always on time and document everything accurately, they are always helpful, engaging and cheerful. When communicating with the office, staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.
Thank you for your kind words in your review. Time for You Care Team.
Time For You have been providing at-home care for my 92-year-old father for over a year now. They currently provide three visits a day and assist him with meals, medication and hygiene care. The carers who look after him are wonderful. He struggled at first with what he felt was a nuisance as he is fiercely independent but has adapted well. I live 500 miles away and knowing that my dad is in safe hands is a great comfort to me. The carers ensure he doesn’t run out of essentials by contacting me so I can order what he needs online; food, toiletries, new pyjamas etc. They promptly inform me of any medical concerns and will call GP if they are concerned or Dad informs them of any pain/feeling unwell. They have gone out of their way to pick up medication from the pharmacy outside of his allotted time slot. They assist me with the process for additional support and I have an excellent relationship with the team supervisor who answers my calls/concerns promptly, even on his day off. Great support.
