We have always had a good service and a caring service. Always very helpful and understanding.

My husband has a carer calling for approximately 30 minutes on six mornings a week. All carers are punctual, respectful, professional, caring and friendly. Their attendance is welcome and reassuring. Generally, the personnel are familiar to us and are drawn from a small number of staff. We feel fortunate to have the support of their company.

Dad says he has some good carers and they look after him which is a good thing because sometimes his family cannot get down.

The care provided is always based on what I need/want the carers to do. All my carers are introduced to me by one of my existing carers prior to them being added to my rota. All the staff are pleasant and I really enjoy attending the newly formed Activities Club on Tuesday.

Ella Care are amazing, they have treated my nan with such compassion. The staff are lovely, friendly and patient, they care about their service users. They go above and beyond their role and treat my nan like family. Ella Care is amazing and we cannot recommend them enough. They have helped immensely over the years and truly care about their service users.

All the carers are very friendly and great support. All the tasks are completed and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is logged and written down and can be referred to in a folder that is left in the house, so it is easy to refer back to see what meals have been given and all the medication too. I would definitely recommend Ella Care to anyone who is looking for care at home service, thank you.

My mum uses the service regularly as she has someone clean her home every two weeks. She enjoys this visit immensely as she lives alone (since my dad died twelve months ago). In addition to being very pleased with the cleaning carried out, she enjoys the opportunity to have a chat with a friendly face. My mum has also recently started using the day centre opportunity and visits frequently when she can. This is also invaluable as it provides a welcome change to her routine.

Ella Care are absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be more grateful for the help and support they give my sister and our family. My sister adores all her staff and they do such a wonderful job of promoting her independence while still meeting all her care needs to the highest standard. The staff make you feel like family. There are two members of her care team who are her favourites, and they have a wonderful connection with her.
