Kensington Community Care (Shropshire)

Avoid this care company at all costs, apart from 4 at most good carer's, the rest haven't got a clue, safety of the client is questionable, time's gone out of the window, some did minimal work they could get away with, they didn't think of the client's needs, rush, rush that doesn't make for good care. They were untidy, you had to follow in after them to make sure everything was ok, if they were trained it was very poor training, If you phoned to complain and the daughter-in-law answered, she was rude and not helpful at all, they are a disgrace and I would never use them to care for anyone, the client has changed care companies now because they could not be trusted. This is the second person I know that have used this company and it appears nothing has changed, they had a bad experience with them too, Avoid.
