Services are tailored to individual needs, whether as respite, short term stay or long stay, as well as emergency care.

Regulated activities under the CQC is personal care. They specialise in dementia, eating disorders, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, personal care, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and substance misuse problems.

The team provide support of care from 2 hours per day for medication supervision; or 4 hours per day for both supervision and personal care support which can be ongoing or for a couple of times a week to full live-in support service.

They also provide a free, no-obligation care assessment service.

Their motto is to care, support and improve client’s well-being through inclusion and promotion of quality of life.

Team members are always ready to prompt independently of clients by working hand in hand with all professionals in their care.

The agency is located in Surrey, a short distance from Croydon town centre. The supported home is based at Hornchurch 8 minutes' walk from the bus stop and a short distance to Hornchurch Town Centre. The supported living is 5-bed property.

The team provide long term support package and treatment intending to allow individuals to achieve their potential.

In the pursuit of individual service user’s CCP, as agreed at the inter-professional level, the management of KJD Care Ltd believes in a multidisciplinary approach monitoring.

KJD Care understand this and approached me and my assessment with great understanding, patience and empathy. We are all service users and rarely are 100% impressed with our services. With KJD Care, I am wholly impressed with their
attention to detail. They provide me with great care and support. Because it was easy for me to have confidence in the services they provide, I felt an immediate improvement in my well-being.

I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the services provided. What I mostly appreciate is the prompt action taken whenever you have concerns or questions raised. Phone calls are regularly picked up rather than "please leave a message" which can be frustrating in an emergency. Solutions are also
provided promptly to any concerns raised. Where messages are left, you can be assured to receive a response as soon as possible. The care provided to my mum is good as I can see positive changes to her personal care and wellbeing since we started using the agency. The notebook is also good as you can read what happened on a daily basis. Thank you to all the staff for the services provided.

There are areas that need improvement but I am happy with the care provided by KJD Care. Most of the carers are great, and the management team should be commended-very responsive and happy to help when I call to resolve any issue or need to adjust anything.

I live in the supported living in that the manager provides and I can honestly say that the staff are lovely and I would highly recommend you use this company for your care for your loved ones because the manager and her team are on hands to help the carers are so lovely I get on well with a lot of
the carers and I would highly recommend using this company please because the manager is a diamond she honestly gives me the best care possible. I just want to put this in here thank you for giving me the best care possible. This company is honestly the best company that's ever cared for me. I can honestly say from personal experience I have mental health issues and ADHD and autism. and the manager and her team know all of this and they are very respectful of it. They always make time to listen to me even if they're a little bit busy doing something for me they will still make time to talk to me. Honestly, the manager and her team, as I've said before I so lovely.

I am so happy that I chose KJD Home Care Ltd. I started getting their service from March 2024 to September, also continued until I needed it, I can confirm it was my best choice.
To pick KJD Home care workers are fully trained. I love to recommend others to choose KJD. The carers are very friendly
and they all wear PPE to protect them and serve users. Take notes if anything needs to be passed to the manager to look into it as soon as possible to solve clients' needs if possible. The best part, you get assistance for anything by phone, email or social media group, whatever is convenient for the service user.

Had care for 7 months, double-handed 4 times a day. We had the same pool of carers constantly, they were always on time and built up a great relationship with my dad, treated him with care and dignity, picked up on skin problems immediately. No complaints, would definitely recommend this care company.

I went away on a holiday last month and the carers that have been looking after my mom are very professional. They are all bubbly and amiable. My aunt has complex dementia along with other care needs. The staff at KJD Care are excellent in dealing with Aunt's dementia and behaviour needs. The manager is always happy to give us time to talk should you have anything you wish to discuss. The care, patience and kindness from the staff are what
