My non-verbal 'autistic' brother with zero capacity has been in the care of KJD since 2024 and as a family we could not ask for a better service provider than KJD. They have never let us down, are always there to support and my brother is a 2:1 client and requires a lot of care and patience. He is hard work. We appreciate very much the care he is given and the outstanding support KJD provide to us as a family also. Honestly, with my hand on my heart... we could not ask for more from a care provider. KJD are quite simply.... 'life savers'.
KJD Care understand this and approached me and my assessment with great understanding, patience and empathy. We are all service users and rarely are 100% impressed with our services. With KJD Care, I am wholly impressed with their attention to detail. They provide me with great care and support. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the services provided. What I mostly appreciate is the prompt action taken whenever you have concerns or questions raised. Phone calls are regularly picked up rather than "please leave a message" which can be frustrating in an emergency. Solutions are also provided promptly to any concerns raised. Where messages are left, you can be assured to receive a response as soon as possible. The care provided to my mum is good as I can see positive changes to her personal care and wellbeing since we started using the agency. There are areas that need improvement but I am happy with the care provided by KJD Care. Most of the carers are great, and the management team should be commended-very responsive and happy to help when I call to resolve any issue or need to adjust anything.

I live in the supported living in that the manager provides and I can honestly say that the staff are lovely and I would highly recommend you use this company for your care for your loved ones because the manager and her team are on hands to help the carers are so lovely I get on well with a lot of the carers and I would highly recommend using this company please because the manager is a diamond she honestly gives me the best care possible. To pick KJD Home care workers are fully trained. I love to recommend others to choose KJD. The carers are very friendly and they all wear PPE to protect them and serve users. Take notes if anything needs to be passed to the manager to look into it as soon as possible to solve clients' needs if possible. The best part, you get assistance for anything by phone, email or social media group, whatever is convenient for the service user.

Had care for 7 months, double-handed 4 times a day. We had the same pool of carers constantly, they were always on time and built up a great relationship with my dad, treated him with care and dignity, picked up on skin problems immediately. No complaints, would definitely recommend this care company.
I went away on a holiday last month and the carers that have been looking after my mom are very professional. They are all bubbly and amiable. They looked after Mom very well and I love how friendly they are and Mom was looked after very well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. Can’t ask for better quality service. My aunt has complex dementia along with other care needs. The staff at KJD Care are excellent in dealing with Aunt's dementia and behaviour needs. The manager is always happy to give us time to talk should you have anything you wish to discuss. The care, patience and kindness from the staff are what you want when faced with the decision to place your loved one with a care agency.
