Live Life Well have provided first class care to both my parents for 3 years now and I cannot thank them enough for their service, support & professionalism. They have never let us down and the staff are so friendly and reliable. Nothing is too much trouble. They have come to feel part of our wider family. I would recommend them to anyone.
We're delighted to hear that you've found our team to be reliable, professional, and caring-your...
The staff were brilliant - they were patient (Mum has dementia and wasn't always the most easy going!), good humoured & always reliable, even when the weather was bad & made travelling around difficult for them.
The training and supervision appeared to be excellent & Cara was always flexible when we requested a change in visiting hours.
Over these eighteen months the carers stayed consistent and became valued friends to the family - we will miss them now that Mum has gone into permanent care.
The Family x
We're especially pleased that our carers were able to provide consistent, patient, and good-humoured support for your mum, and to be there for your dad as well....
We cannot recommend Live Life Well highly enough. In the later part of Mum's life, their support became absolutely invaluable, and we genuinely could not have managed without them. They were consistently reliable, flexible, and highly responsive as Mum's needs changed. The carers were of an exceptionally high standard, always kind, positive, and genuinely caring in their approach. They were also vigilant in monitoring any changes in Mum's physical health, and extremely supportive to our family throughout. Live Life Well provided reassurance at a difficult time, and even provided support to my brother and me after Mum's passing.
Were especially grateful that you recognised the dedication and compassion of our carers they take great...

Meet the Team (2)
Hello, I’m the Managing Director and Registered Manager of the service, which I proudly established in October 2012.
My journey in health and social care began in 1994 within the NHS, where I worked in both high dependency and intensive care units. These roles gave me invaluable experience in supporting individuals with complex and critical care needs, while also developing strong clinical skills and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure environments.
I later expanded my experience into district nursing, where I developed a real passion for delivering care within people’s own homes. Supporting individuals in familiar surroundings allowed me to build meaningful relationships and reinforced my belief in truly person-centred care. Alongside this, I also worked within private healthcare in operating theatres, further strengthening my clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
My focus on domiciliary care began in 2005, and since then, I have dedicated my career to supporting people to live independently in their own homes. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience in managing domiciliary care services, building strong leadership, governance, and operational skills.
I hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, which supports me in ensuring the service I lead is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.
Establishing this family-run service has been one of my proudest achievements. I am a passionate and caring individual, committed to providing high-quality care that I would be happy for my own family to receive. I believe in treating every person with dignity, respect, and kindness, and I am dedicated to supporting both our clients and our team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
My journey in health and social care began in 2013, when I gained my QCF Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. In 2015, I joined our family business, starting as an office administrator. Over time, I progressed through various roles, gaining hands-on experience both in the office and out in the community, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of the service.
With the support and supervision of Lisa Jones, I developed my skills and confidence, progressing into the role of Assistant Manager and now Service Manager. Throughout this journey, I have remained passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
I am a qualified in-house Manual Handling and First Aid Trainer and have extensive experience in risk assessments, care planning, and supporting staff to deliver safe and effective care. I ensure that all aspects of our service remain compliant with CQC regulations, data protection requirements, and best practice standards.
I am committed to providing care packages that promote continuity, flexibility, dignity, empathy, respect, and choice.
Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and overall well-being is at the heart of everything I do.
To further strengthen my knowledge and leadership skills, I achieved my QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care back in 2024.
Working alongside my mum to run the business is something I am incredibly proud of, and I am dedicated to ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standards of care to all the individuals we support.
