My mother recently passed away and was looked after by a team of carers from ISSAC Ltd for the last six weeks of her life. This agency was extremely professional and very well organised. We had a team of carers who were punctual, polite, caring and compassionate. They were all skilled in various areas
of caring and my mother was treated with respect and dignity at all times. All visits were recorded in a file left in her home ensuring confidentiality. The carers were able to form a relationship with my mother and also family members. The family really can’t express how grateful they are for the wonderful care and support my mother received.
