Service has been outstanding. The care coordinator has been understanding and flexible with my needs, going above and beyond to ensure I'm properly supported. The carer themself has been attentive and supportive. I'm very pleased with the service I've received thus far.

Ashley-Louise did an amazing job to find me care at short notice. She kept me updated. Sent me messages when she said she would and made the whole experience stress free. The assigned carer was an absolute delight and incredibly helpful. I honestly feel I would have struggled without the help form both Ashley-Louise and Rue.

I felt the manager really understood the challenges we, as a family we're facing with mum being full time carer for my Dad. The manager put forward suggestions and recommendations for accessing further support through our local authority. The carer that was provided to us for 4 days respite was great with my Dad, he also assisted with keeping the home clean and tidy and even encouraged my dad to use the bed to sleep in which is something he hasn't been able to do for some time. He was responsive on the app. The management team also check in before and after to ensure we felt fully confident leaving dad with a carer. We felt that he was safe and being well cared for which meant we could enjoy a few days break without worry. Would 100% recommend and use again.

This platform is amazing. We have used Curam Care numerous times for our daughter and we will definitely continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Finding affordable care has been impossible until we came across Curam. Our daughter has quite complex needs too. We are able to access a pool of insured, thoroughly vetted and experienced carers and at short notice too. We are so pleased and grateful to have joined Curam's platform. Highly recommend.
