My mother was cared for under CHC contract. All the care and the care givers were excellent. I could find no fault.

Very pleased with all elements of Care Affair's care of our mother. Personal care by the carers was excellent and contact & communication with office very caring and efficient.

Have used Care Affair for over 5 years. Initially by myself but when my husband fractured his hip they looked after him as well up until he passed away in 2024. I have a wonderful relationship wth one of the carers who goes above & beyond to help. She is very kind.

Care affair have looked after my grandad now since July whilst he has been receiving end of life care and the care he has received has been nothing short of outstanding. The support we have received from the main office and by the care workers coming in has been appreciated beyond words for not only grandad, but for us as a family too. They have taken the time to find out how my grandad likes things as he can be particular and always show him kindness and compassion. They will always alert us if they have any concerns. Their visits make such a difference, not only to him, but in helping us care for him and this makes the team very special.

Care staff did not just carry out hands-on care but also emotional support for both my partner and myself during such a difficult time and feel they definitely helped in the last few weeks of his life. Care Affair are what the name says. I have had many customers in my occupation who has carers who did not live up to their expectations and basic needs. Care Affair were always on time and took into account all our needs, respecting our home and were very caring of my Mother. They also deal with my Mothers's issues including her attitude and demands in the most polite and understanding way. They listened and followed my requests which made a hard situation tenable - I would call them friends. I would recommend them to anyone especially for me if I had or will be in my mom's situation.

I highly recommend Care Affair to look after your loved one. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with a previous care provider so we had Care Affair to take over. We were bowled over by their professionalism, the caring nature of their staff, and compassion. My Mom was treated with respect and dignity and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The care and support my husband received during his final two weeks was second to none. The girls looked after my husband as if he was a family member. They treated him with respect, kindness and compassion, as he deserved. I could not have wished for any better care for my husband from all staff concerned. I will forever be grateful to them.

The professional way in which my father was cared for was exemplary, nothing was too much trouble and any tweaking of what was wanted was done seamlessly. I cannot recommend the wonderful staff at Care Affair highly enough. They cared for my husband with professionalism and respected his dignity. He was treated with courtesy and respect at all times and he was listened to. The quality of care and the concern expressed by the Care Affair staff was amazing. The concern you have as a family member when you're told your family member needs to have carers is huge. I was extremely nervous about carers coming into my grandad's house 4 times a day. However, from the moment I spoke to the manager, I had a feeling that we had struck lucky with a wonderful care team. The carers that came in were outstanding, they clearly loved my grandad, understood him, kept him comfortable, and above all helped preserve his dignity throughout. As a regular visitor to my grandad, I met the care staff on numerous occasions, and they were just so lovely. They always went above and beyond to help us and him. There are not enough words for us to explain how fantastic this company has been with our family; we can never thank them enough.
