Ever since Care Affair took over the care package for my mum, they have been amazing. I have been able to return to work, knowing my mum is looked after so well. Every carer is so kind, caring, respectful of mum's needs and takes care of her brilliantly. Mum is so happy with their care. I can't thank
you enough each and every one of you special people that take care of Mum every day. You're all exceptional at what you do!

My mom-in-law asked to return home for end-of-life care. With the incredible service and support of Care Affair, we were able to make this last wish for her. The staff were excellent, and compassionate, and maintained Mom's dignity to the end. They were kind and entered the home positively and always
smiling. They supported mom's husband too who is 91 years old and us all as a family. Mom loved the ladies who cared for her and said they brightened her day.
Exceptionally professional, caring, and considerate in our home, thank you for all you did Care Affair, we highly recommend your service.

Care Affair was the third agency I used after a disappointing experience with previous service providers. At the first meeting the team they were thorough and helpful in identifying our needs for Mom. The majority of staff were kind, thoughtful and efficient. There was the odd staff member who did not
appear to embrace the ethos of the company but quickly nipped in the bud. Many of the staff went over and above their requirements showing consideration and kindness not only to Mom but also to Dad, with the extra of a little chat and taking an interest in their likes, always treating them both with respect and kindness.
Towards the end of Mom's life care became quite intense and all of the carers took it in their stride always trying to make Mom as comfortable as possible. Sharing suggestions of what else could increase support for her comfort.
I would highly recommend Care Affair and am grateful for their support, care, and attention throughout our time together.

Care Affair are what the name says. I have had many customers in my occupation who has carers who did not live up to their expectations and basic needs. Care Affair were always on time and took into account all our needs, respecting our home and were very caring of my Mother. They also deal with my
Mothers's issues including her attitude and demands in the most polite and understanding way. They listened and followed my requests which made a hard situation tenable - I would call them friends. I would recommend them to anyone especially for me if I had or will be in my mom's situation.

I highly recommend Care Affair to look after your loved one. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with a previous care provider so we had Care Affair to take over. We were bowled over by their professionalism, the caring nature of their staff, and compassion. My Mom was treated with respect and dignity

The care and support my husband received during his final two weeks was second to none. The girls looked after my husband as if he was a family member. They treated him with respect, kindness and compassion, as he deserved. I could not have wished for any better care for my husband from all staff concerned.
I will forever be grateful to them.

Care Affair supply carers to my elderly mother, visiting two times for two hour visits each week. Visiting carers are supplying exactly what we require; preparation of cold meals and drinks, physical exercise, walks, dancing, jigsaws and cards. Written notes are left in a folder describing food and
drink taken, general health and disposition. Payment is openly explained/detailed in monthly bill. Myself, family and most importantly my mother are pleased with Care Affair, especially the carers.

My Father was starting to need a little bit of help, he was starting to forget tasks he was previously capable in doing himself. Our family were doing all we could in supporting him, the simple thing was we were moving from voluntary help into Professional support. I must thank the manager in particular
in helping to assess Dad's needs but more importantly for me, took the time to find out the character and his likes and dislikes.
With the service provision in place, l was concerned that my Father wouldn't accept the new arrangements. I should not have been concerned as l found my dad welcoming the lovely lady care team helper with a dance in the hallway!
The professional way in which my father was cared for was exemplary, nothing was too much trouble and any tweaking of what was wanted was done seamlessly. My father was always looking forward to his next visit. I strongly recommend Care Affair as they were also recommended to our family by good friends. Many thanks.

Carers by name and carers by nature.
Every single person that visited was full of compassion and kindness. They created a warm bond with Mum, which extended to the whole family.
We will be forever grateful for the enormous contribution made to ensure Mum's last days were peaceful and dignified.

I cannot recommend the wonderful staff at Care Affair highly enough. They cared for my husband with professionalism and respected his dignity. He was treated with courtesy and respect at all times and he was listened to. The quality of care and the concern expressed by the Care Affair staff was amazing.
As a family, we feel truly privileged to have been lucky enough to meet with these wonderful caring people.

The concern you have as a family member when you're told your family member needs to have carers is huge. I was extremely nervous about carers coming into my grandad's house 4 times a day. However, from the moment I spoke to the manager, I had a feeling that we had struck lucky with a wonderful care
team. The carers that came in were outstanding, they clearly loved my grandad, understood him, kept him comfortable, and above all helped preserve his dignity throughout. As a regular visitor to my grandad, I met the care staff on numerous occasions, and they were just so lovely. They always went above and beyond to help us and him. There are not enough words for us to explain how fantastic this company has been with our family; we can never thank them enough.
