Care Affair have been excellent in the care of my mom. From the moment we met Julia we relaxed, she made us feel at ease. The girls on her team were brilliant, caring and thoughtful. As my mom was weak and unable to communicate, they still engaged and made conversation with her. She always looked clean and tidy. They were all really friendly and put my dad at ease as he was struggling with the sudden change to my mom. Right up until the end of her life, I knew she as well cared for and that we went with the right company. Would highly recommend Care Affair.

We used Care Affair Solihull Ltd for over a year to provide personal care and a sitting service for my dad who had Lewy Body Dementia and other health conditions. The sitting service was a life line for my mom who could then have a much needed break in her caring duties. They also provided end of life care and worked seamlessly in conjunction with palliative care nurses. Julie, manager, pulled out all the stops to get care in place to get him home on end of life,after long stay in hospital. Always respectful, understanding and friendly. Also great communication from the office staff at all times. The care was tailored individually according to my dads needs. They were also so supportive to my mom and would check in with her to check she was coping. The last few days we so tough for us as a family and I can truly say the carers who came in to provide end of life care were a life line to me, my mom and brother. 100% recommended!

Care affair have looked after my grandad now since July whilst he has been receiving end of life care and the care he has received has been nothing short of outstanding. The support we have received from the main office and by the care workers coming in has been appreciated beyond words for not only grandad, but for us as a family too. They have taken the time to find out how my grandad likes things as he can be particular and always show him kindness and compassion. The care Affair team are an amazing support for him. They are extremely caring, thoughtful and always go the extra mile. They lift his spirits each day with their send of humour and kindness. They will always alert us if they have any concerns. Their visits make such a difference, not only to him, but in helping us care for him and this makes the team very special.

Care Staff from Care Affair were outstanding with the treatment they provided for my partner. Care staff did not just carry out hands-on care but also emotional support for both my partner and myself during such a difficult time and feel they definitely helped in the last few weeks of his life. Care Affair are what the name says. I have had many customers in my occupation who has carers who did not live up to their expectations and basic needs. Care Affair were always on time and took into account all our needs, respecting our home and were very caring of my Mother. They also deal with my Mothers's issues including her attitude and demands in the most polite and understanding way. They listened and followed my requests which made a hard situation tenable - I would call them friends. I would recommend them to anyone especially for me if I had or will be in my mom's situation.

I highly recommend Care Affair to look after your loved one. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with a previous care provider so we had Care Affair to take over. We were bowled over by their professionalism, the caring nature of their staff, and compassion. My Mom was treated with respect and dignity and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The care and support my husband received during his final two weeks was second to none. The girls looked after my husband as if he was a family member. They treated him with respect, kindness and compassion, as he deserved. I could not have wished for any better care for my husband from all staff concerned. I will forever be grateful to them.

The professional way in which my father was cared for was exemplary, nothing was too much trouble and any tweaking of what was wanted was done seamlessly.
