My mums needs fortunately haven't changed so the care hasn't been needed to be adjusted
It gives me and my family some reassurance that my mum can continue to live independently
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really do appreciate it.

My mum has received care from Helping Hands for a number of years. She is treated with dignity and respect by carers and her wishes and feelings are taken into account. Communication is good with family. Over the past year we have seen regular carers on the rota each week, so trusting relationships are good. I know that both she and I value those carers very much.

Excellent. Very happy with all aspects of service. Staff are super helpful and always go the extra mile. We have been clients over a number of years. They are extremely quick at sorting out any problems/ issues.
They are very thorough and when Mum had a chest infection in February 2025 they rang me to say that they thought that she was under the weather - I feel reassured that someone else is keeping an eye on mum.

Meet the Team (1)
I have worked in healthcare for the past 17 years. As a family, it can be a very daunting experience trying to find the right support for your family member.
My wish is to make the experience of venturing into having support an easy process, where I can take the anxiety and worry away from you and your loved ones.
In my spare time, you can normally find me on the tennis court!
