Executive Carers

All the carers I have met have been polite and friendly. As they have got more familiar with my mom, she appears happy with the care she receives. If anything needs communicating and I'm not around, I know I can call the office, and I have also put a notebook out if I need to let the carers know anything for the next visit, or they can communicate anything back to me.

We are incredibly thankful to Executive Carers for the outstanding support they provided to our son during such a challenging time and at such a short notice. After his college residential placement broke down, their team stepped in with professionalism, compassion, and expertise, ensuring he received the care and companionship he needed. The staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable and also trained to meet specific needs, which made all the difference. They were always on time, and the standard of their communication and record-keeping was exceptional. The regular updates from the staff and managers gave us reassurance and confidence in the care being provided.

Thanks to their tailored approach, our son has been able to rebuild his confidence and thrive again, to feel happy and relaxed. He is now moving to his new placement, staff worked with new providers to ensure continuity. We are grateful for everything, our son will miss his new friends. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

With regards to management/admin staff, the last 3 months standards have dropped significantly, basic medication data logging is abysmal, sent various emails/phone calls but just being lied to, and have now sent a complaint to adult social care team. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this care company to anyone.

The carer who attended was punctual, professional, thoughtful, and exceptionally friendly, consistently going above and beyond to be helpful. They treated my mum with respect and dignity, ensuring she felt safe and confident that her needs would be fully met. The carer's warm and engaging demeanour made a meaningful difference, creating a pleasant and positive experience. As a family member, I also appreciated the peace of mind knowing my mum was in capable and caring hands during the visit. The ability to create a personalised care plan, with flexibility in timing and duration, was an invaluable aspect of the service. Overall, I highly recommend this provider for their outstanding care and commitment to quality.

Office always helpful and any queries always dealt with quickly. Care staff always pleasant, chatty and caring. Only criticism is the amount of different carers mum has. Mum is happy with all the care needs she has.
