We are disappointed to read this review, as it contains a number of false and misleading statements that do not reflect the care provided by our company.

The fees referenced are inaccurate. All care arrangements, schedules, and costs were agreed and documented through signed contracts throughout the duration of care. These records were reviewed by the Ombudsman during the formal complaints process, and the case was decided in our favour.

The recommendation for double-up care was made by the Social Worker and Occupational Therapist due to concerns about the client's safety and wellbeing, not by our company.

We also categorically deny the allegation of theft. No evidence has ever been provided to support this claim.

Concerns regarding care costs were repeatedly linked by the family to the impact on potential inheritance and were documented at the time.
