In my experience, I have observed that the carers are considerate and cautious with the client, always treating him with respect and showing genuine concern for his well-being. Their attentiveness to his safety is evident in their actions. Additionally, as the client has difficulty hearing, the carers display remarkable patience when communicating with him.
Thank you for the positive feedback we aim to ensure all our service users receive a quality care which is safe and reliable.
