Since being with New Hope Community Healthcare I am very happy and satisfied with my standard of care. The manager and her team have helped to put my mind at ease. The carers are very kind and thoughtful as apposed to my previous carer provider who used to make me feel very anxious.

Since being with New Hope Community Healthcare I am very happy and satisfied with my standard of care. The manager and her team have helped to put my mind at ease. The carers are very kind and thoughtful as apposed to my previous carer provider who used to make me feel very anxious. The manager is very attentive, likeable and takes the time to listen. My care plan is often modified to suit my changing needs and requirements.
I would recommend this organisation especially to those who have high principles and require a service that places an emphasis on "people over profit". They also charge reasonable rates, providing good value for money.

New Hope Community Healthcare has been outstanding. For 3 months their staff have been providing domiciliary care for my wife with dementia at home. Despite her mood swings, agitation, hallucinations, and occasional verbal outbursts, the carers always stay calm, patient, and understanding.

New Hope Community Healthcare has been outstanding. For 3 months their staff have been providing domiciliary care for my wife with dementia at home. Despite her mood swings, agitation, hallucinations, and occasional verbal outbursts, the carers always stay calm, patient, and understanding. They engage her in activities she enjoys - jigsaws, colouring, singing, dancing, going out for short walk (weather permitting) which have truly gained her trust. Their skill and flexibility make all the difference. This Provider has an effective communication strategy and the manager promptly responds to any of our enquiries. I was hesitant at first, but now I can strongly recommend this Provider/ service to anyone needing dementia care at home.

Good communication with carers organising times to connect with the client. Efficient service.
Client always has someone to help her answer the calls I make to her and make sure she is comfortable. They are always quick to call back if the client has unanswered questions.

They always put the client first! Methinks they anyone being looked after by these good people are most fortunate. Sometimes it can be extremely difficult looking after clients when their support is unseen or ignored but they manage to do the best they can.
