This Provider has an effective communication strategy and the manager promptly responds to any of our enquiries.
I was hesitant at first, but now I can strongly recommend this Provider/ service to anyone needing dementia care at home.

Client always has someone to help her answer the calls I make to her and make sure she is comfortable. They are always quick to call back if the client has unanswered questions.
They always put the client first! Methinks they anyone being looked after by these good people are most fortunate. Sometimes it can be extremely difficult looking after clients when their support is unseen or ignored but they manage to do the best they can.
