Can not praise this company enough. My mother had a stroke and is bed bound in the living room. The carers come in 4 times a day. They are thoughtful and respectful. Imran the boss keeps us updated and has his finger on the pulse and is always available no matter what time of the day. If there are any
issues Imran addresses straight away with no hesitation We are very lucky to have people like this, who care and provide an excellent service. They are fantastic , we have been using them for approx 18 months. Would not hesitate in recommending them

The carers are always polite,helpful and respectful to my mom and family. They always do their best to provide a caring visit and if they have questions or concerns they will let myself and my sister know immediately. My mom speaks very highly of the ladies that care for her and when they leave she
always says Love You. If we have concerns or issues Imran will always do his best to sort them out. He takes alot of pressure from myself and my sister e.g medication, rearranging visits if mom has appointments or ringing Doctor's himself we highly recommend this company and Imran himself. Thankyou to all involved with my mom's care.

The ladies that arrive are very thorough. They take time and are thoughtful and respectful. I am kept informed about the care my mother is receiving. The management phone me directly to request anything that my mother needs, and have gone the extra mile and taken over her medication ordering, with a
new pharmacy that can offer a better service. Any issues I've raised have been dealt with swiftly. The carers also take time to go over things with me, when I visit, and make suggestions to improve her comfort. We have had this company for a few months now and are currently very impressed with everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Oak healthcare provide an excellent service to their clients.All staff provide outstanding care and attention and any problem that may occur is dealt with rapidly.
Contact with the office is available 24hrs and calls answered quickly
My relative has 4 calls a day and is nursed in bed she is always
clean and comfortable when carers leave and all her meals provided for her

Oak Healthcare have provided support for my Mother who has a rare medical condition. This has involved getting my mom up, getting her dressed and showering her. They have been friendly, accommodating and patient - and above all very reliable.

After using Oak Healthcare for some time, I have found them to be well-managed, reliable and considerate. My wife has MND and requires quite a lot of patience and consideration which they have always shown, we have the same carer for four days which is excellent as she knows all our daily routines.
On the other days, we have different carers who are always helpful and keen to oblige. Overall, I am pleased with the care provided by Oak Healthcare.

I am so very pleased to have Oak Healthcare now on board to help with my brother-in-law.
His son is in Australia, and we are so happy to know that first-class care is being provided each day. We know that any concerns are handled quickly and efficiently by the lovely team. It has helped enormously.

This is my honest opinion. Initially, we were a little cautious about care workers because my parents didn’t trust anyone coming into their home, especially into my mother's bedroom. But from the very first visit, things changed quickly. My mother, who was terminally ill and suffered from dementia,
soon warmed to the carer.
I found each of the carers very friendly and understanding with good knowledge of my mother's condition, also very respectful of my parents home, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The owner was fantastic, very caring and again fully understood my mother's needs. He made regular phone calls to me making sure everything was ok; this to me, made me feel at ease that I had got good professional help caring for my mother.
I would like to thank the owner and his team for the help and support they gave me and my parents. Thank you.

We are more than satisfied with the service we are receiving from Oak Healthcare. Nothing is too much trouble. There is always someone at the end of the phone to answer any questions or queries.
The carer has built a strong relationship with my mother and she appreciates the consistency of the carer
especially during this COVID period when it has been important to keep visitors to a minimum. The staff are reliable, no missed calls and the office have kept us informed of any changes.

The service Oak Healthcare have provided for my Mum is second to none and I can't thank them enough. The Director and his team have been fantastic in not only supporting my Mum but also myself. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I feel at ease knowing good care is being provided. My Mum's house
is kept clean and tidy by both carers and they always ensure medication, care needs and food and drink is given to Mum. Mum looks forward to her visits and after her being so poorly I could not have managed without the care and support Oak Healthcare have given us. Thank you so much.

We have just started using Oak Health Care services for a few months and they have provided an outstanding service for my mother. We are really proud of the carers that come to provide care for my mother. My mother seems to enjoy the carer and is really proud of them. We have used previous agencies
before but by far, Oak Health Care have been outstanding. They have put a smile on my mum's face. The carers are always on time, always smiling and are really positive.
