I have found the manager to be most polite and professional. He explains any issues to me very clearly and it is obvious that he and his staff have my friend's welfare and safety as their priority.. The manager is extremely easy to contact by phone which is a delight as so many organisations make it difficult for you to actually talk to someone. I have seen the carers at their work, they are friendly, hard working, reliable, and respect their client's dignity . I am very happy that Oak Care Brierley Hill provides care for my dear friend.

We are very satisfied with Oak Healthcare. They are very thorough and nothing is too much trouble for them. We noticed a huge difference from using a different care service prior to them. They are very easy to deal with and we feel that things are adhered to and noted. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, they take pride in what they are doing and in turn that makes our lives easier. Keep up the great work.

Can not praise this company enough. My mother had a stroke and is bed bound in the living room. The carers come in 4 times a day. They are thoughtful and respectful. Imran the boss keeps us updated and has his finger on the pulse and is always available no matter what time of the day. If there are any issues Imran addresses straight away with no hesitation We are very lucky to have people like this, who care and provide an excellent service. They are fantastic , we have been using them for approx 18 months. Would not hesitate in recommending them

The carers are always polite,helpful and respectful to my mom and family. They always do their best to provide a caring visit and if they have questions or concerns they will let myself and my sister know immediately. My mom speaks very highly of the ladies that care for her and when they leave she always says Love You. If we have concerns or issues Imran will always do his best to sort them out. He takes alot of pressure from myself and my sister e.g medication, rearranging visits if mom has appointments or ringing Doctor's himself we highly recommend this company and Imran himself. Thankyou to all involved with my mom's care.

The ladies that arrive are very thorough. They take time and are thoughtful and respectful. I am kept informed about the care my mother is receiving. The management phone me directly to request anything that my mother needs, and have gone the extra mile and taken over her medication ordering, with a new pharmacy that can offer a better service. Any issues I've raised have been dealt with swiftly. The carers also take time to go over things with me, when I visit, and make suggestions to improve her comfort. We have had this company for a few months now and are currently very impressed with everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Oak Healthcare have provided support for my Mother who has a rare medical condition. This has involved getting my mom up, getting her dressed and showering her. They have been friendly, accommodating and patient - and above all very reliable.

After using Oak Healthcare for some time, I have found them to be well-managed, reliable and considerate. My wife has MND and requires quite a lot of patience and consideration which they have always shown, we have the same carer for four days which is excellent as she knows all our daily routines. On the other days, we have different carers who are always helpful and keen to oblige. Overall, I am pleased with the care provided by Oak Healthcare.

His son is in Australia, and we are so happy to know that first-class care is being provided each day. We know that any concerns are handled quickly and efficiently by the lovely team. It has helped enormously. It has been a big relief. My brother-in-law is happy too that he sees the carers each day. Thank you.

The team are experienced in every issue of my mom's needs and helps very politely and I couldn't ask for a better team to work with.

I cannot fault all the hard work this team does to make sure that my mom is looked after. Whenever I phone to ask a question they are always polite and friendly, taking away any stress I might be having at that time.

The carer has built a strong relationship with my mother and she appreciates the consistency of the carer especially during this COVID period when it has been important to keep visitors to a minimum. The staff are reliable, no missed calls and the office have kept us informed of any changes.
