Royale Homecare have been caring for my mum who has Dementia for almost 2 years and during this time they have provided a consistently high level of professional care. The carers have built up a good relationship with my mum and she is looked after by a small group of carers who understand her care needs and are able to provide continuity of care. She is treated with patience, respect, kindness and good humour. They listen to her and are attentive to her needs. I am grateful to them for being flexible and providing excellent care especially as my mum's general health has deteriorated and her Dementia has progressed. Their expertise means that I am notified immediately of any concerns. I have the reassurance that my mum is being well looked after when I am not able to be there.

Royale are providing excellent care for my partner who has Alzheimer's and has progressively become immobile and unable to do anything herself. We have one main carer who comes twice a day, 6 days a week and is excellent, assisted by other excellent regular carers. They are always happy and lively, cheer her up and make her look beautiful so that family visits are happy occasions. They are very professional and ensure she is clean, healthy and safe, and work well with the Occupational Therapist, so we have been provided with the best equipment. Their management has personally checked, and I couldn't ask for more. We definitely made the right choice in Royal Homecare.

Royale Homecare provided excellent care for my late father. They never let us down and were always caring and attentive. He always appreciated their visits. I would highly recommend them. On occasions when I was away for a few days, they would provide live-in care and this was always reassuring knowing that he was in good hands while I was away.

Royale Homecare do an excellent job looking after my 96-year-old father. They have been caring for him for a long time now and have built a good relationship with him. He does little for himself these days but with the care they provide he is always clean and tidy, and has his medication and all his meals. They treat him with respect and listen to what he has to say. If there are any problems they will sort them out, for example, if they feel he needs a visit from the GP or his medication is not delivered. Royale Homecare provides care to a very high standard. The staff are very approachable and friendly and have been a great help to me, it is comforting to know that my father is being well looked after.

Using this service gave me security that my father was being cared for while I was away.
