Choosing care is a big decision and it deserves time, clarity and honest conversations. We start by listening to what matters most to you, working alongside you, your family and any healthcare professionals involved to shape support around your life.
Our hourly rates typically start from £30, depending on the level of support you need. We offer a free assessment within three working days of your enquiry, and we’ll always confirm costs clearly once we understand what’s right for you.
For some people, live-in care can feel like the right next step — offering consistent support while staying in the place that feels most familiar. If this is something you’re considering, we’ll talk it through with you openly, explaining how it works, what it involves, and whether it genuinely feels like the right fit for your situation. If it isn’t, we’ll be honest about that too, and help you explore other options.

Meet the Team (3)
I have over 21 years’ experience in home-based social care, specialising in live-in support for older adults and people with complex needs. In my role, I lead care operations, ensuring our clients receive personalised support that promotes dignity, safety and independence. I oversee recruitment, training and rota management for our live-in carers, and work closely with families so they feel informed and supported. I’m passionate about making care feel like home.
In her role as Registered Manager, Natalie leads and supports care teams across the South West, ensuring carers are well trained, well supported and confident in delivering complex and specialist care. She plays a key role in maintaining Ocean Healthcare’s CQC standards, governance frameworks and culture of openness, reassurance and trust.
Natalie is passionate about care that feels human, respectful and empowering — where people are listened to, supported to make informed decisions, and treated as individuals rather than diagnoses.
With 28 years in care, including 15 as a qualified mental health nurse, I love supporting people with live-in care that’s specifically tailored to their needs. I take pride in helping our service users to feel safe, independent and valued at home. I focus on the whole person, clinical, emotional and social, so care truly fits their life.
