Absolutely A1 support, great staff make me feel at ease and not embarrassed. Sociable staff who chat with me too.
Very happy with the service given which is meeting all requirements.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service!
Dad is very happy with his carers and because he has regular carers they have a good steady routine. The carers put dad at ease and have a good social relationship with him keeping his mood up despite his obvious fragility and restrictions. We recently used the transport provided by KInect which was excellent on time reasonably priced and caring
Up until February I had no need for carer support but a spell in hospital changed my life and had need for assistance in my day to day living. Was a little apprehensive at first with people coming in to assist me but soon found that this was a comfort to me and a necessary part of my life. I was at a loss when the app went down as I like to be organised and know who and when a carer would be with me. Being able to ring and getting my rota was extremely helpful. Occasionally a carer may not be at the stated time but this has been unavoidable as there has been considerable disruption where I live. But I have to say I have never been let down and always satisfied with the care given. I go to a Day Centre twice a week and my friends often comment at how well I look and my positive attitude since I have had my carers. Therefore I have to say thank you for coming into my life.
We appreciate your comments about the rota and will continue working to keep communication clear and reliable. It's wonderful to hear your friends notice how well you look-that's exactly what we aim for!
We have had Kinect Services since February, and nearly the same carer since April. My husband is treated with the upmost respect at all times, from his main carer and all the carers, who work on the day off. My husband looks forward to his carer coming every day, and they have become good friends. Nothing is too much for anyone. As my husband has dementia, it's so vital to him to have the same carers as much as he can, and I thank the Office team for doing this. There is Iaughter at times, and lots of chat throughout each visit. The visits are always on time, and if running late or much earlier than the App, I will get a phone call to let me know. I didn't know how much of a help it would be to me, especially in the morning. We are very happy with the service we have from Kinect. Thank you to all.
Thank you so much for sharing your heartfelt review! Were thrilled to hear that your experience with Kinect Services has been so positive, especially in regard to the consistent and caring support from your husband's main carer and the whole team. Providing continuity of care and building genuine...
Very pleased with the care my wife receives. The carers treat my wife with dignity and respect and always have a chat throughout the visit with much laughter (which tells me everything is ok). Staff usually on time, but if going to be late phone to let us know roughly what time they will be with us. Office staff very helpful if we need to change time of visit and are usually able to accommodate our request where possible. We are pleased with the service we receive from Kinect.
Thank you for your review. We are so pleased that your wife enjoys the visits and that you are happy with the service we provide. We will always accommodate requests when it is possible to do so.
On the whole, there has been a good level of care with the majority of staff caring and dedicated.
I am very pleased with the schedule we have and that they keep to time. The carers themselves are smart, courteous and accommodating to other needs, and taking time to learn about the wider family. They are observant and always alert us to other needs such as calling the district nurse when needed. The office staff are also very understanding and try to accommodate our requests.
All the carers are extremely caring and kind not only to my husband but also to me.
They seem to know when I'm struggling and having a bad day.
I feel like all the carers are now friends.
The carers are very caring and supportive. If you have a problem the office staff sort it out straight away.
My mother feels extremely confident in her carers and says they are more like her friends. They are competent, pleasant, caring and punctual and treat her with dignity. They report any concerns in the app so she can trust them and they prompt her to carry out her personal care and mental wellbeing. We would recommend them to anyone.
Only negative is the time of arrival which is always later than stated (other than at a weekend). Understand some flexibility required but frustrating if you have a prearranged appointment/journey.
Very helpful.
The carers come to my mothers home four times a day. They are always smart in appearance and have a wonderful way with her. They are kind patient and always respectful. They look after my mothers needs well. All the contact I have with them is always helpful and understanding. They are all very approachable. They work hard for sometimes very little thanks. I would recommend them to anyone that needs care. Well done Kinect Services.
Thank you so much for these lovely words. Mum is a pleasure to care for and so glad we have been able to make a difference.
Overall care is good and friendly but more care should be taken not to damage client's property. For example, toilet seats and architraves, as we have experienced considerable damage.
I tried to call this morning (26th June) but think maybe you were asleep
I have spoken to Stephanie and have said we will arrange to replace the toilet seat
I will try to call back this afternoon
I was very reluctant to leave my mother in the care of a complete stranger due to mum having COPD, Epilepsy, Angina and Alzhiemers but the assessment done by Kinect gave me the confidence to give it a try. Glad I did because it gives mum and me a break from each other. The carer is a very caring and capable young girl who mum has taken to and more than happy in her company. I now have a few hours a week I can do something just for myself.
Care staff visit my father four times a day. He looks forward to their visits. They are always very helpful, and nothing is too much trouble.
I feel listened to, treated as a person and cared for. My carer is happy to do anything such as art or gardening and is always happy to make food and drink.

Meet the Team (3)
Hi, I’m Craig, Director of Kinect Services Limited.
I’m proud to lead a team that provides compassionate, reliable support to people who want to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
I understand that choosing a care provider is a big decision — it’s not just about support, it’s about trust. For many families, it’s also about peace of mind. That’s why I place a strong focus on high standards, safeguarding, good communication and making sure our carers feel supported to do their very best work.
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of regulated services and what it takes to deliver care that is not only kind and person-centred, but also well organised, consistent and dependable.
I’m passionate about building a positive workplace culture where carers feel respected, listened to and proud of what they do — because when our team feels valued, the people we support receive better care.
Outside of work, I’m a big believer in family time and staying active, which helps keep me grounded and focused.
Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or a loved one, or you’re considering joining our team, I look forward to helping Kinect continue to provide care that people can truly rely on.
I have worked in adult social care for many years across nursing, residential, and domiciliary care settings, supporting older people and vulnerable adults with a wide range of needs.
Throughout my career, I have supported people living with dementia, complex health conditions and those requiring palliative care. Being able to support people to remain comfortable, dignified and well cared for at home, particularly during difficult times, is something I take very seriously. I work closely with families, social workers, district nurses and other healthcare professionals to make sure care is well coordinated and centred around what matters most to the individual.
As Registered Manager, I oversee the day-to-day running of the service and support our care team to provide safe, compassionate and reliable care. I believe good care starts with listening and understanding people properly. Everyone has their own routines, preferences and life experiences, and care should always reflect this.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and baking, and getting out for walks with my dog. I also enjoy travelling and visiting new places when I can. These are the things that help me relax and recharge so that I can bring my best into my work.
I am very proud of the team we have here and of the care we provide. It is important to me that people receiving support from us feel respected, safe and confident in the care they receive.
I have worked in domiciliary care for over 15 years, starting my career as a Care Assistant. Over the years, I have held a variety of roles, both in the field and in the office, which have given me valuable insight into the challenges and responsibilities faced by each role within the care sector.
I am passionate about ensuring that the people we support receive the high-quality care they need and are able, wherever possible, to live the life they choose. As Care Manager, I support our dedicated team with the day-to-day running of the service, helping to ensure we consistently provide the best possible care to our clients.
On a personal level, I enjoy spending time with my young family, seeing friends, going on holidays, and keeping active at the gym. I am very proud to be part of the care team at Kinect Services.
