I am very satisfied with my carers, they help me with different tasks and support me when I need it, they are caring.

Habitation Care is the best care agency out there in my opinion. From manaher to carers, they are kind, friendly, caring and understanding, yet at the same time discreet and professional. They work very hard and are more than able to cope with emergencies and crises calmly and professionally. Best ever, love them.

I can honestly say that this care provider, Habitation Care, are a first class care provider. My dad is well looked after. He is very happy the staff are caring, friendly, and they treat dad with A+ dignity and care. I have ever recommended this firm to other people and told them to contact Habitation Care; they are first class in care.

I think the team of staff are excellent. They are helpful and happy. They care about me when with my MS. They are supportive.

My Father has been using Habitation Care LTD for over 2 years now and he's been in and out of hospital over the last few months and Habitation Care have been extremely flexible with stopping and restating his care, they are also all so patient with my father despite him being stubborn and awkward at times, so massive thank you to all staff and recommend them to anyone looking for support in the future.

Habitation Care were the best carers my Mother ever had over a period of three years. They kept her immaculately clean and despite being bedbound she never had any bed sores. They were always friendly and professional.

The carers we had coming in 4 times a day were superb. They were respectful, gentle and kind. They interacted well with us as a family and the other healthcare professionals involved in my mum’s care. It took a huge weight off our shoulders at a most difficult time and meant Mum could spend her last days comfortably at home where she wanted to be. We as a family could spend time with her as our mum rather than as carers ourselves. We are truly grateful for the care you gave her.

My husband has been supported for the last six months. We had not such a good experience with another agency. I doubted that any agency would be able to provide the consistency and individualised care needed. It took a good month to mutually adapt to each other's ways. Thanks to their strong feedback loop process and transparency, the communication has been flowing well so far. I am used to push but in this case it was well received. It's allowed the many adjustments that are inevitably necessary when you deal with a complex neurodegenerative condition at an advanced stage, to be implemented swiftly. Everyone has been professional and kind, many have shared talents enhancing the quality of the care like music, singing, playing instruments, and poetry. That is an important part of what keeps my husband stimulated and engaged.

We have had reason to ask for changes to the care plan which Habitation has endeavoured to accommodate for us.

Have found communication with them easy and feel confident in their abilities.

Very pleased with the looking after of my wife, helpful, patient, and thorough with the care in several personal ways always pleasant and would certainly recommend Habitation Carers never failed to come regularly four times and if held always contacted us. Very pleased with the service provided.

I find all the staff/carers to be well-trained and capable of carrying out their duties without being watched over. My wife likes all her carers and chats with them like old friends and looks forward to seeing them, they also make my life easier and reduce my stress levels.
