Can't describe how great the ladies were. First time using an overnight carer but the minute I opened the front door to our first carer I had no concerns. Each and every one that came were fantastic, listened to Mum's needs and were just awesome. I can't recommend this company enough, put at ease from the first instant.

I am really impressed with them been with another company but since being with Hazelcare we have been so happy!

Hazelcare looked after my mother for the last 12 months in my home. All the carers were excellently in the way they delivered the appropriate care and it was obvious dignity was very important in the care delivered. They were observant regarding any issues they noticed, advising me and, if necessary, would report to district nurses. All the carers made sure they would spend some quality time talking to my mother after care had been administered which is very important. I would recommend Hazelcare to anyone.

Nothing is too much trouble for any of them! Always here to help no matter what. All the staff are amazing! They are all so polite and usually on time. They help me with shopping, personal care and everything in between!

Well what can I say, this company came in for my children’s father at short notice and in the current situation, have gone above and beyond. They are polite, generally caring and keep me informed where necessary. Thank you to you all, I know only too well how much work goes into being a carer, and you guys are fantastic.

My dad had a stroke and after four months in hospital, he was very scared of going home on his own. He had lost the use of his right side but we really didn't need to worry. The management and staff from Hazelcare have gone above and beyond. I could not praise this family highly enough. They are simply amazing. Thank you.

We are very happy with the service received. We receive care from the same individual 5 days a week and he arrives at the expected time. The carer goes above and beyond in what he does for my brother and mother. He is kind and understanding. We would highly recommend this service.
