Can't say enough good stuff about all the staff. The love, care and respect they show my mum is amazing. I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a care company that go the extra mile. My mum is late stage dementia, can't walk, talk or communicate but the staff still talk to her and
treat her with so much respect

I have been very pleased with the care and support pacific and gold have provided to my son over the last 7 months. The carers have always been polite and professional. My son has complex care needs and as a parent I was anxious for my son to go out without me, but he is happy to leave the house and
I feel no anxiety as I know he is in good hands. He has even started to let them feed him which is an excellent sign.
Reply from Arinze Nwagwu, Director at Pacific and Gold Healthcare Service

Thank you for the wonderful review, this mean a lot to us and I have shared with all the staff that support your son.

My son has complex needs and is a wheelchair user.
I have previously struggled to find the right amount of care and support for him through other agencies due to him needing continence care, gastrostomy tube feeding and complex moving and handling needs by two members of staff.
Upon meeting staff
at Pacific and Gold I was really pleased with how friendly, caring and understanding they were.
They take him for 6 hour trips out at the weekend and it is enjoyable for all. I feel all of my sons needs are met thoroughly and not just his physical care needs but his emotional/social too! Lots of positive communication between myself/staff throughout each visit. This is really positive for my myself and my son.

My experience of this company and the carers has been outstanding in every regard. My husband has an extremely rare disease which all carers fully understand and know how to cope with particularly choking episodes. Such care I have never seen before. They treat my husband as if he was thaeir father
offering him the best of attention and care. I know that they can be trusted with every aspect of his care and take great care to ensure his dignity is fully respected. They are aware that he may display challenging behaviours and are alert to this which I know other carers would not deal with this apect of his disease in the same empathetic manner. The company ensures my husband always has the same team of carers as he becomes very distressed if new people arrive. He is unable to move unaided requiring two when he needs moving and the company have been more than happy to organise this. The whole team from carers to office to management are absolutely first class!

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Pacific and Gold Healthcare Service is calculated as follows: ( (34 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 34 Ratings = 5

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Pacific and Gold Healthcare Service is based on 6 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 = 4.6
