I would like to thank all the carers. The way they looked after my husband, they were fabulous from start to finish. In his final days, they cared for him with the utmost dignity and respect. To be honest, they loved him, and the care between him to them was lovely to see. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much.

Boomerang Healthcare have been providing care for my partner who is registered blind. He finds the carers who have been to visit him to be polite, friendly and professional. All designated tasks are completed and assistance offered with independent living tasks.

Boomerang are a good company but there is always room for improvement. No company is perfect but I cannot fault the staff. They always go that extra mile for my father-in-law and they never rush their call. They always have time for a chat with him and a good laugh and also us as his family. I have to say that I've seen a massive improvement since a new staff member started in the office and if we have any issues she's straight into dealing with the matter in question. I know it can be a challenging job at times, but a simple smile goes a long way for clients and I must say the staff do that daily for my father-in-law. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good, passionate, hardworking company.

My dad has passed away, but the care he received was excellent. Kept me informed with any changes. I felt my dad was well looked after.
All of our team loved looking after your dad. Our team of carers will always work hard and consistently to deliver excellent care. One of the key priorities when delivering care is to ensure the whole team, including the support and management team, communicates effectively.
I have had one concern which was addressed and sorted out by management as soon as I made them aware. Can't fault them.
