Overall Experience

As an advocate for a person whose parents both have dementia, we are trying to improve well-being and quality of life. Asking a care organisation to step outside a routine operation is never easy but Partners4Care went above and beyond for two elderly people who still love each other dearly. One day they may not even recognise each other but Partners4Care have been instrumental in making two vulnerable people happy. Thank you.

Overall Experience

Very friendly and helpful communication have to work on (carer's) also they are very attentive and go to great lengths to help you.

But I am really impressed with the quick comeback from Brittany on the phone if I have ever needed an issue resolved Brittany, josh and Fiona are very quick to respond and resolve.

Overall Experience

My experience of interactions with all of Partners 4 Care, P4C, staff I have been in contact with, including all Carer staff, Care Coordinator Brittany, 7 day, 24 hour telephone support Josh, and manager Fiona, has been extremely positive, very solution focussed, extremely responsive, quickly responding to all areas of forever changing situations. All of my contact with and from P4C is, and has been very caring and of great support.

I feel very safe to have my parents cared for and supported by Partners 4 Care.
