Meet the Team (2)
Emma’s vision was to create a new way of delivering care that fostered relationships between care staff and customers, helping to meet the customers' specific needs. With a passion for dementia care, Emma worked as a coach for the Priory Group, implementing the national government strategy Living Well with Dementia into their North Yorkshire care homes and training staff in delivering excellence in dementia care.
She is proud of the way Partners4Care has developed and is keen to further enhance its reputation, providing the leadership that drives the effectiveness within this service.
Lesley has a background in overseeing services for adults with mental health conditions and specialises in the management and administration of medication. Previously a medication compliance manager in domiciliary care, Lesley oversaw and piloted new rapid improvement initiatives for the local authority and drove change in medication management throughout the local area. As a trainer in medication management, Lesley teaches care workers safe practices for handling medication for vulnerable adults and children.
Lesley co-founded Partners4Care, intending to support people with care needs to live independent, fulfilling lives with new possibilities.
