Waseem is the registered manager of the service at Care 4 You. He has around 10 years of experience within the care industry.

Waseem is in charge of delivering a high-quality well-led service that provides carers with high levels of in-depth training so they are able to deliver the service in a safe manner.

Waseem is an enthusiastic and determined individual who is committed to achieving high-quality outputs. He is confident, friendly and always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and progress. Able to work well in a team, has good interpersonal skills and an ability to gain the trust of others and build relationships. He has a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle, TPX and in-house systems. He has worked within the health care industry for nearly 10 years and been looking after his father, who has Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), for over 8 years. He has also been a carer for his eldest son who has Autism.

Tabrez is the Nominated Individual at Care 4 You. Tabrez is an enthusiastic and determined individual who is committed to achieving high-quality outputs. He is confident, friendly and always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and progress. Able to work well in a team, has good interpersonal skills and an ability to gain the trust of others and build relationships. Tabrez has an extensive business background, particularly in the Motor Vehicle Industry and the legal field which are both regulated industries, with extensive experience as a Managing Director and Casework Supervisor at Fusco Browne Immigration. Tabrez has also for the last 12 years successfully run until recently a Vehicle maintenance facility and MOT station.

Tabrez also has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business & Finance and a Masters (Msc) in Management. Tabrez also has experience in property development and management.

Tabrez has recently undertaken several healthcare courses including Safeguarding Adults and Train the Trainer Manual Handling and an Advanced Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Tabrez will also enrol onto the Higher Apprenticeship Level 5 in Care Leadership and Management. Tabrez is also a first aid trained to appointed person level.

Nazya is an enthusiastic and determined individual who is committed to achieving high-quality outputs. She is confident, friendly and always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and progress. Able to work well in a team, has good interpersonal skills and an ability to gain the trust of others and build relationships.

Nazya holds a BA Hons Sociology Degree and has worked as an immigration advisor for over 15 years. Most of this time she worked for a charitable organisation.

Her main work involved working with and safeguarding vulnerable individuals such as unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, asylum seekers with mental health issues such as PSD, asylum seekers with physical disabilities and special needs, victims of human trafficking and victims of domestic abuse.

Her work involved working closely with other organisations such as Social Services, Home Office, Courts, Police, Local Authorities, Educations Experts, Prisons, Women’s Organisations, Community Groups, Psychologists, GPs, Counsellors, the Medical Foundation for the Victims of Torture and other experts to promote the interest of or safeguard her client’s.

Nazya has also carried out Mental Health Work, whereby she reviewed files in preparation for advocacy to assist the representative from the firm. Nazya also met those suffering from Mental Health to assess their capabilities and provide reports.

Nazya has undertaken several healthcare courses, including Safeguarding and has achieved Level 4 in Health and Social Care Advanced.

Tasleem has been a carer for over 8 years, looking after her father in law who has dementia, progressive supranuclear palsy and Parkinson’s disease. She has also cared for her eldest son who has autism. Tasleem was born in Pakistan and moved to England in 2004 and over the years has integrated into the Multicultural British Society, having learnt reading writing and speaking English fluently. She has is an enthusiastic and determined individual, friendly and always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and progress herself. She can work well in a team, has good interpersonal skills and the ability to gain the trust of others and build relationships. She has completed Level 4 Award in Health and Social Care achieving a Higher Distinction and also has completed Level 3 Award in Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults again achieving a Higher Distinction.
