Care 4 You are caring for my father who is reaching the end of his life. It is a very hard thing to entrust the care of a loved one to strangers. I need have had no fear of this agency. The carers who care for my dad are professional in appearance and behaviour. They are caring, respectful and knowledgeable. They give my dad time, are careful not to rush him and treat him with great dignity. Importantly they manage to ensure that the same carers come to Dad, this builds confidence and rapport. I feel that he is safe in their hands. Fantastic service.

When I first met the manager of Care 4 You, I felt instantly reassured that they would take the very best care of my mother. It's not easy to communicate with someone with advanced Alzheimer's and each carer has shown patience and gentle understanding, going beyond my expectations of adequate healthcare. They always leave the house tidy, making sure Mum is warm and comfortable, they will even spoon-feed her now as she struggles with motor skills.

I am so grateful for their continued support, they are genuine, trustworthy and reliable and I would fully recommend their services to anyone in a heartbeat.

After getting admitted to hospital my nan required care, which she reluctantly agreed to. It was one of the best decisions ever. The Care 4 You team have become part of the family. Their hygiene is impeccable which was paramount in the current pandemic and medication assistance is a priority which we were delighted about. They provide friendship, conversation and empathy to my nan which I have witnessed. Nothing is too big an ask. Would definitely recommend.

Care 4 You have been caring for my mother for approximately a year and I cannot praise them enough. They are extremely professional with regards to their work, but also so caring with my mother. They are very sympathetic towards her condition coupled with such lovely companionship for my mother who was beginning to withdraw within herself. My mother now looks forward to seeing the carers every day. Time is taken with her regardless of whether they are supposed to finish and they do it without hesitation.

If there have been any problems, there is always someone on the other end of the phone and the problem is solved quickly and satisfactorily, though problems are rare as there are 6-week reviews that iron out anything quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful company.
