Neptune Home Care provide night care for my 96-year-old mum for her final 10 days. The care provided was excellent, professional, supportive and respectful and I knew mum was in safe hands every night. The carer would sit there, hold mum's hand and talk to her when she woke up which was appreciated by both mum and myself. Thank you.
