I live a 5-hour drive away so this brings me much comfort and brightens my day, knowing my mother is being cared for as if she were their own. I have been completely reassured from the start as Nested Support’s standards are so extremely high on every level and their professionalism is second to none which has continued to be so throughout. with a wealth of knowledge relating to the care of someone with Alzheimer’s. Having a regular team of carers is especially important to someone with Alzheimer’s and they meet this need very well. The carers are well versed in all aspects of care and meet Mum’s needs with respect, dignity, and gentleness whilst encouraging her to be as independent as possible, within her limits. The team go above and beyond basic care, to ensure Mum’s well-being, both physically and emotionally. The support they give to our family is greatly valued and they are always approachable and available.

They arrived the same day (lunchtime on a Sunday!) and began very gentle treatment. That afternoon mother-in-law smiled for the first time in seven days, taking her first steps outside her bedroom. It has been a slow recovery, with the carer coming each day to massage and stretch her back, but she is on the mend, and so grateful that the debilitating pain is subsiding.
Her carer handled my mother-in-law's dementia sensitively and was so caring and encouraging. I cannot recommend Nested Support highly enough - their sense of urgency and quality of care have transformed both my mother-in -law's quality of life, and mine, as her primary career.
