We Care 4 You Services

James is the Director and Registered Care Manager of We Care 4 You Services Ltd, with more than 30 years of experience in the health and social care sector.

James began his career as a care worker and progressed through various roles into care management, eventually becoming a Registered Care Manager.

Throughout his career, he has managed a range of care services, including residential care homes specialising in dementia, learning disabilities and mental health support.

Building on his extensive experience, James established We Care 4 You Services Ltd and has successfully managed the organisation for over seven years. He currently oversees the company’s two locations covering Edmonton, London, and Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

James holds a range of relevant health and social care qualifications, including an NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and the Registered Home Manager’s Award. His responsibilities include regulatory compliance, safeguarding, staff development, quality assurance and ensuring that people receive safe, effective, compassionate and person-centred care.

James is committed to maintaining high standards across both locations and supporting staff to deliver care that promotes dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing. Read less
