Live-In Care: Our 24-hour live-in care packages are priced based on the complexity of needs and the number of carers required. All-inclusive quotes may start at £1050.00 for low-needs care with a single carer, and increase for high-needs care, which may require two carers. Couples needing dual-care support may be charged an additional 25%-30% for the second person, depending on their specific support needs.

I have used Radiant Care Services in the past to provide visiting home care for my mother and found them to be very polite, timely, caring and professional. Consequently when I needed a 'live-in' carer for my brother for a 10 day period in Sept'25 I called Radiant Care. They provided an excellent kindly
and caring man who was happy to 'live-in' for the period in question. He was friendly, personable and professional and got on well with my brother. I had no qualms about leaving my brother in the care of this individual. Would definitely recommend Radiant Care to other users in need to visiting or 'live-in' carers.

From the beginning we felt listened to by Radiant Care. They placed great emphasis on doing things the way my father wanted. The carers were always kind and respectful. They were reliable and always updated the app efficiently so we could check on my father's wellbeing in the morning. I have no hesitation

The carers that came to look after my friends were very caring, polite and thoughtful. The care provided was person centred, not one routine fits all and flexible, if a change was needed. In my opinion Radiant is an excellent care provider, they provide me with outstanding service; the management, the office team and their carers are very professional and focus on client satisfaction and safety of their service users.You can contact them and inform them of an issue and it gets resolved

My wife has been cared for by this company for a number of years and have the regular carers who come in 4 times a day. Both of them have been brilliant , both of them sometimes sing whilst doing the calls has my wife in fits of laughter. Gets on well with them. My wife has MS and short term memory
loss and they do motivate her when they come in. I have a regular sitting service on a Monday whilst I play table tennis and the carers do little exercises with my wife with the small therapy balls provided by the O/T to keep to keep her hands moving. I also have had respite care in house for a week last year and will certainly use them again in the coming months. I would certainly recommend this company

Radiant supported my late mother through the last few weeks of her life and i can't fault them. The carer was very kind and supportive and are I couldn't ask for any more from them.

Radiant Care services have been caring for my Mother for over 5 years.
They have been wonderful. My mother built really strong relationships with her carers, as did both my brother and myself. They were always happy, smiling and fun. A joy to see them. My mum looked forward to their visits. Having
the same person coming consistently was key.
Communication with the office staff was excellent. We were kept well informed of her needs, were able to adapt the care when needed.
We feel we were very lucky to have had Radiant looking after our Mum.

I am delighted with the care Radiant Care Services agency provides for my mother. Every request I have asked for has been fulfilled. Recently my mother's medication was changed and following a conversation to the agency immediately her notes were updated. The carers visit my mother morning and evening.
After each visit the notes are written and I can see from reading them that they know my mother as the conversations they have about her childhood in Africa etc. are reported.
I am so pleased that I found this agency and would recommend them. My mother's medication needed is happy having the carers visiting her which is fantastic as it gives me peace of mind knowing she is happy and being looked after and cared for with kindness and dignity.

Radiant Care Services have cared for my elderly mother and previously my father too for approx 2.5 yrs - over time mums needs have increased and the carers have been Brilliant with her - they are always very caring & are good companions too they ensure she is happy.
she has a core of 3 carers who
understand her requirements and the office staff know to keep her updated with any changes

Both management and carers are delightful people, with all the personal qualities and abilities that one could ever wish for. They are unfailingly alert to all the needs of their clients and always eager to help in any way that they can. I could list several examples of devoted care provided beyond
the call of duty, including hospital visits during the COVID-19 pandemic at no small risk to themselves. Most highly recommended.

As a natural-people-person, Rita was drawn to serving and supporting people within the care sector well before completing her university studies in Human Resource Management in Ireland. After obtaining her master’s degree, she continued honing her skills serving as a carer and later as a Social Housing support Manager when the family moved to the UK. Rita believed she could be of more service to the community by working with a empowered team, running a safe and responsive client support service that embraced the ethos of kindness, patience, love and empathy while also ensuring and improving client safety, social inclusion, and independence in their own home. After gaining Registered Manager status with CQC, Radiant Care Services was born Oct 2018 to bring that ‘radiance’ into the homes of senior citizens and those who needed a supportive hand to get back on their feet after a challenging hospital event. With a team of wonderful care workers built on the foundation of these ethos and held together by the pillars of client respect, equality, inclusion, and dignity, Rita’s focus has been on supporting seniors in the Surrey area to live healthy & safe fulfilled live in the comfort of their own homes. Whereas this agenda has evolved over time to include supported living services, the founding campus is still the same; to offer an operationally efficient care service that unveils a radiant smile in the service of everyone we support.
