Radiant Care Service is a trusted organization where carers each fulfill their roles, staff are polite, and they provide great advice; they respect the elderly, offer encouraged, and enjoy engaging in conversation with others. RCS has provided us the co called service users with tremendous support in time of hesitation, such as when we need to change or adjust schedules, they truly play a crucial role in our families.

If you are based in the Redhill and Reigate area, I would recommend Radiant Care Services without hesitation. The care, professionalism, and attention to detail demonstrated by everyone, from the Service Manager to each individual carer, have been truly outstanding.

From the initial consultation through to the day-to-day administration, we have worked closely together as a team. Throughout every interaction, they have maintained a personal, compassionate approach and never lost the human touch.

Carers undertake an incredibly demanding, selfless, and giving role. They deserve to be valued, supported, and treated with the utmost respect by service users and their families. The dedication and kindness shown by the carers at Radiant Care Services have made a real difference, and for that we are deeply grateful.

From the start Radiant Care have been the ideal care providers. The initial assessment was thorough and the person that did the assessment was very patient with my dad and took note of his wishes and preferences for care. His main carer was excellent and had a calm and methodical way of caring for my dad which I know dad appreciated. I found it reassuring as I knew that if dad wasn't with his main carer it would be one of two carers who had also got to know him and his likes and dislikes and not a rotation of different people to get to know. It built up a trust that dad was being looked after well and when I have had any queries they have been answered quickly. Likewise, when a carer has had any concerns about dad they've contacted me straight away. I am very happy to recommend Radiant Care to others.

I started using radiant care services when my mum came home from hospital in the beginning of January, management made sure they visited mum in hospital before she was discharged so she could introduce herself but also asses mums needs , she then made sure mum had carers available to.come that very first day she was home .from day one I have found the carers so kind , patient, caring and respectful towards my mum .I also found management to be very helpful and always available if I need to talk to them.i would definitely recommend radiant care to others .

And yes I would recommend Radiant to other clients who would like to use it.

I have used Radiant Care Services in the past to provide visiting home care for my mother and found them to be very polite, timely, caring and professional. Consequently when I needed a 'live-in' carer for my brother for a 10 day period in Sept'25 I called Radiant Care. They provided an excellent kindly and caring man who was happy to 'live-in' for the period in question. He was friendly, personable and professional and got on well with my brother. I had no qualms about leaving my brother in the care of this individual. Would definitely recommend Radiant Care to other users in need to visiting or 'live-in' carers.

From the beginning we felt listened to by Radiant Care. They placed great emphasis on doing things the way my father wanted. The carers were always kind and respectful. They were reliable and always updated the app efficiently so we could check on my father's wellbeing in the morning. I have no hesitation in recommending their care services based on our experience.

The carers that came to look after my friends were very caring, polite and thoughtful. The care provided was person centred, not one routine fits all and flexible, if a change was needed. They would always report back to me if there was anything to note or any issues that needed to be addressed. I would highly recommend.

In my opinion Radiant is an excellent care provider, they provide me with outstanding service; the management, the office team and their carers are very professional and focus on client satisfaction and safety of their service users.You can contact them and inform them of an issue and it gets resolved promptly.I have no hesitation in highly recommending the company to anyone looking for care for themselves or their family and friends. Their carers are highly trained, caring, reliable and professional, backed up by a strong, motivated management and support team.

My wife has been cared for by this company for a number of years and have the regular carers who come in 4 times a day. Both of them have been brilliant , both of them sometimes sing whilst doing the calls has my wife in fits of laughter. Gets on well with them. My wife has MS and short term memory loss and they do motivate her when they come in. I have a regular sitting service on a Monday whilst I play table tennis and the carers do little exercises with my wife with the small therapy balls provided by the O/T to keep to keep her hands moving. I also have had respite care in house for a week last year and will certainly use them again in the coming months. I would certainly recommend this company

I am so pleased that I found this agency and would recommend them. My mother's medication needed is happy having the carers visiting her which is fantastic as it gives me peace of mind knowing she is happy and being looked after and cared for with kindness and dignity.

Both management and carers are delightful people, with all the personal qualities and abilities that one could ever wish for. They are unfailingly alert to all the needs of their clients and always eager to help in any way that they can. I could list several examples of devoted care provided beyond the call of duty, including hospital visits during the COVID-19 pandemic at no small risk to themselves. Most highly recommended.
