Arian Care

From day 1 of our mums care Yvonne the support and communication was excellent . Mum was really not up for having carers before she become bed bound so the carers had a hard task . Within weeks mum settled into her new way of life and often we would hear her laughing when walking in to her bungalow unannounced . I personally loved the relationships she formed with all of the girls and they would always let the office know if mum needed a nurse or a doctor which was always reassuring for us . I could not put into words the praise I have I just know my mum had the best team of people around her and for that I will always tell others if you need your parent taken care of it has to be Arian . They listen to everything you ask of them and more . I can never thank you all enough .

Arian Care girls have cared for my mother for the past 6 years and have supplied a wonderful service. They have come with compassion and a much needed sense of humour. Time keeping and dedication to duty have been second to none. Whenever we have needed to phone the office for any reason they have been both polite and helpful. They all knew my mother's quirks and were great with her. More like friends than workers. Well done Arian Care.

Arian Care are currently providing a service for my Nan. The care team started a few months ago and the company has been incredible. Nan loves the carers coming to visit everyday, very bubbly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Always ensure she is well looked after and it has taken a big pressure off us as a family.

All staff went above and beyond to make Dad feel safe and cared for and as a family we couldn't have asked for more

Excellent Care Company. I highly recommend Arian Care for their exceptional care services they provide for my mother. The carers go above and beyond for my mother, friendly, considerate, professional and kind. Mum has been with arian care for over a year and has always said the carers feel like freinds and look forward to there visits each day, always saying ' they know exactly what I need they are caring, compassionate and happy'. The communication I have with managers/supervisors/care team is outstanding and professional. I cannot fault the quality of care they give to my mother which can make family feel assured her care and needs are being met.

Always turn up on time. Let me know if there is a problem. Treats me with dignity and preserves my modesty at all times. Helps me with my dogs. Made attempts at getting to know my family. Will help with any household chores on request.

My mother was living temporarily with my brother and his family whilst a more permanent position was found. As both my brother and sister-in-law worked full time we needed a carer to help with looking after mum. Arian Care provided a first-class service and mum always looked forward to their visit. She was always laughing and chuckling with them and this, in turn, lifted her mood considerably. I have no doubt that they contributed to the acceptance of mum to living in a Care Home. Thank you so much to the girls for making it a wonderful experience.

All the Arian girls are amazing, very caring, and go out their way to help and advise. Nothing was ever too much trouble for my father in law, even though he was stubborn. I truly thank you all for everything. And I highly recommend them. Thank you so much girls.

Arian Care have provided care for me for almost four years now, they are very good at providing this and have helped me no end. The carers are always friendly and respectful and do whatever they can to make your life that bit easier. I am getting better at getting my independence back to some sort of normality, which I could not have done without their constant help. I wish them all the best in future endeavours and hope that they continue their level of excellence in caring for others for many years to come.

Amazing care team no complaints, wouldn't change them for the world. They are like a little family. Through this pandemic, they have taken amazing precautions. I feel safe and secure knowing my auntie is cared for amazingly, thanks all for making my auntie's life better.
