Having spent almost five months in Hospital in September 2024, I then moved to a Care Home in Hoddesdon and thence another Care Home in Broxbourne, before I purchased my property in Benstede Court and my son sourced Manaaki Home Care -4 daily visits for my care. Under the circumstances, it is proving an inspired choice ! MANAAKI has an amazing propensity for providing personal care, encompassing punctuality, personal attention to cleanliness, ensuring clients' daily health requirements and conditions, proper meal and dietary needs and prepared to try and accommodate my social wishes ( where possible). The company tries very hard to maintain a continuity of carers, all of whom in my opinion, are well trained and caring, smartly dressed and a credit to the company and themselves.I feel exceptionally privileged to appreciate my carers and able to get support from the company's own 'helpline' - all of the above at a competitive cost. I have no hesitation in recommending MANAAK!

My friend arrived home from hospital nearly two years ago bed-bound at the age of 86. We were blessed to have found Manaaki Healthcare to assist him. From the moment they were engaged, the service was fantastic, it's a big responsibility to guarantee that two carers will arrive four times a day. Management never let us down. It is an incredibly difficult industry to work in but the manager and her team were in constant communication with me even after my friend passed on. Highly recommended if you have a loved one needing care at home.

Our experience has been very good. The carers are always courteous and polite, considerate of personal privacy and are always prompt. They are good at looking after personal needs and willing to do additional tasks to help my wife (and the cats!). Our carers have become more like friends and are always willing to go the extra mile.

We have used In Home Care (Hertford) for my mother-in-law for the last couple of years since her mobility has decreased and is unable to carry out day-to-day activities. All the carers and managers at In Home Care carry out their caring duties with utmost care, professionalism and diligence which makes my mother-in-law feel safe and well cared for. They will raise any concerns with us and are helpful and often go beyond if problems arise as she is constantly in and out of hospital. I would definitely recommend In Home Care to anyone that requires additional care.

From first to last contact the staff have been exceptional. During the COVID lockdown, we were unable to visit Mum so they were our eyes and ears. They genuinely wanted to get to know Mum and us to tailor her care. They often went beyond. We have been so thankful for their professionalism, kindness and friendliness. I really could not fault them, which in today’s society is rare. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else looking for a care package in this area.

Alzheimer's has struck a close family member. I needed help to look after my relative and of course guidance. I can say what a delight it has been to have met In Home Care. The assistance and support they have offered in providing care in my home to look after my relative has taken a huge stress off me and is a breath of fresh air.
