Steps Support is a first-class personal support company. The staff were caring and attentive. Nothing was too much bother. Feedback was taken on board and actioned. I would happily recommend Steps Support to any family requiring personal care for a loved one with complex needs.

Steps Support offered my relative an amazing level of personal care. Attentive, well-trained professional staff looked after every need. In my opinion, they are a top care provider. I would recommend them to anyone looking for personal care for a loved one with special needs based in the North East.
