For my dad right from the start they were fantastic and as time has gone on the staff have got friendly with my dad they treat him so nice. Elsie Phiri is an accomplished and highly respected health and social care professional with over 24 years of combined experience across health, social care, adult services, operational management, safeguarding, and leadership within both frontline and senior management roles.
As Operations Director, Elsie brings a wealth of professional knowledge, strategic leadership, and operational expertise that strengthen the organisation’s commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Her extensive background within statutory and independent care services enables her to provide strong oversight, governance, and continuous service improvement across all areas of the organisation.
Elsie holds a BA (HONS) in Social Work and previously practised as a Social Worker in Adult Services in Edinburgh, gaining substantial experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex health and social care needs.
