North haven care and support is a leading, locally run home care specialist. Providing living care and support workers and hourly visiting curves and support workers to support people in their own home. Services are designed to promote independent living and maximise choice, quality of life and dignity. North haven care and support recruits, trains, employs many care and support workers local to you, who are closely managed and monitored to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Our aim is to provide the continuity, reliability and support to enable our customers to continue to live in their own home and retain their independence. With a choice of 30, 45 or 60 minute calls and longer if needs be.

When I get my main carers, the service is excellent. But disregarding my mental illness or dignity they often move my carers around if anyone is sick. This happens to me regularly. How would you like different people coming in and dealing with the most intimate tasks. Also, they don't take into consideration
my state of mind needing the same people. They don't even tell you they are changing your carer just a different person just turns up.

Thank you for the review. A carer will only be replaced if they are not available themselves due to illness, annual leave, or other reasons of absence from work. We will always strive to provide a carer that is familiar and you are comfortable with, with as much prior notice as possible. Your comments will be followed up to ensure we continue to provide the best possible service going forward, but also to ensure any communication around any unavoidable changes happens with as much notice as possible.
