When I get my main carers, the service is excellent. But disregarding my mental illness or dignity they often move my carers around if anyone is sick. This happens to me regularly. How would you like different people coming in and dealing with the most intimate tasks. Also, they don't take into consideration my state of mind needing the same people. They don't even tell you they are changing your carer just a different person just turns up.
