We have only been using Spectrum home care services for a few weeks but have been very impressed so far. The carers have been on time, efficient and very patient with my stepdad who is suffering with dementia. I appreciate the continuity of having mostly the same lovely guys coming morning and evening
which helps my stepdad. Nothing is too much trouble for them including giving mum emotional support with their positivity. Communication with Sat the owner/manager has been excellent., from the courtesy call before the care began to any inquiries I might have. So far I can't fault them.

My father is cared for by Spectrum each morning & has been for the last 2.5 years.
On Monday 6th July the carer calling him noticed a change & he was not feeling well & reported it. Meanwhile my father had not been seen on his ring doorbell (very unusual) his neighbour called on him & advised he was
woozy & I should speak with his GP. Which I did. None of us 3 children were able to go to him. Due to work commitments. The nurse practitioner called on him. She diagnosed a UTI chest infection & oral thrush. Medication was ordered. Spectrum went to collect his medication & administered it with out being asked. We were so grateful & feel the company really go the extra mile. Thank you so much for all you do.

My mother has early dementia we as a family have had a few different companies before Spectrum became my mums care provider. I would highly recommend this company there staff are excellent at communicating with my mum and myself if they identify any issues the staff and management go above and beyond
to provide such an excellent service.i would highly recommend this company if you require care for a loved one I have peace of mind knowing that if anything needs addressing they will be in contact promptly and resolve any issues.thank you too all the staff who care for my mum and the management team .I hope if you find yourself in need of this service you use Spectrum as they will not only bring peace of mind but a feeling of security when I can't be at mums.thank you all at the Spectrum team

We have been using Spectrum Home Care for my Mum for the past six months and are very happy with their support. Initially there were some difficulties in communication between the carers and my Mum as English was not always their first Language but as they have got to know each other and their relationship
developed this has improved. I observe that the carers are professional, patient, kind and above all caring. My Mum has nicknames for them all!! Communication with Sat is excellent and he responds quickly to any concerns or changing needs. This is the fourth care agency we have used since my Mum's needs required carers in the home and they have been great. I have felt confident enough with their support in place that I could take a much needed holiday. Keep up the good work!

We've just started using Specturm for our mother who suffered from a severe stroke last year and since then her dementia has worsened. We were using another care team, and it has to be said the difference in quality, training and general ability is remarkably much higher with the manager and his team.
As my mother is of Indian origin, I think one of the biggest benefits of using Specturm has been every team member's ability to speak in Hindi. Though my mother was a practicing doctor in the UK for 30+ years, with her condition communication in her native tongue has been a real benefit. This is especially in my mother's case as her stroke impacted on her recognition and communication centres. Spectrum are a little more expensive than our previous care team, but the difference in skillsets and training we believe is worth it. I would fully recommend the team we have for their care, gentleness, patience and ability.

The Spectrum Home Care team were fantastic from day one. They were the only company to respond on the same day (a Sunday) to my initial email with exactly what I needed to move forward quickly with support for my mum.
They were supportive, informative, flexible and asked great questions to ensure
exactly the right care was put in place.
The manager really made me feel like my mum would be looked after like family. I can't recommend Spectrum enough.

I had major surgery for bowel cancer in May 2021. After discharge from hospital Spectrum visited me to assess my needs. Initially, I had Carers twice a day for an hour each time to look after my personal needs.
After a year this was reduced to two half-hour periods each day.
I found all the Carers
to be very professional, caring, and dedicated.
On two occasions the Carer recognised that I was showing Sepsis symptoms and took appropriate action to get me hospitalised. They stayed with me until the ambulance arrived.
I would recommend Spectrum as a Care Provider. I've been very pleased with the service provided.

My 98-year-old father has been absolutely delighted with the care and kindness Spectrum has provided over the last few months. Initially, after a recommendation from a good friend, two members of staff came to assess Dad's needs and home situation, even advising on additional safety measures necessary.
After interviewing others, they instantly impressed us all with their genuine interest, attention to detail and professionalism. Dad who had previously adamantly refused all additional support now says he wishes he'd done it sooner, and he really looks forward to his helpers coming every lunchtime (for an hour and a half visit) to cook for him and have a chat. They are a wonderful team and is always very quick to answer any changes that may have to be made for hospital or family visits. Thank you Spectrum, keep up the excellent work.

I have been a client with Spectrum since my discharge from hospital following 4 major brain operations and a period of rehabilitation. Initially, the Manager came and did a full assessment, to get to know me and my family, my specific needs and to check out my home situation. The review was very thorough
and plenty of time was given to understand my physical and cognitive needs.


At all times, Spectrum has been willing to work to ensure that the carers I have are ones with whom I feel comfortable and who work with me to provide the care I need. I have never felt patronised or spoken down to.


The company has always worked diligently to provide a core team of workers for my calls and has been very quick to respond to any feedback I have given. With the help of Spectrum, I have made significant progress in my abilities, and at each step of the way, staff have been willing to help support me in a safe manner. I really could not ask for a better team of caregivers!

I was recommended to Spectrum Home Care after my severely ill mother had a torrid time with my previous provider (turning up late, timing changes and frankly unresponsive and rude management) and my parents were constantly stressing about how each visit would go. The manager from spectrum came to assess
my mother's needs and provided us the reassurances that nothing would be too much trouble for his team and that his team would do whatever it takes to make my mum comfortable. True to his words, they have delivered! And are genuine 'carers'. With help from the Spectrum team, my mother is able to cook again and has started to feel useful after months of being bed-ridden. My parents have gone from constantly stressing about the future and how they will cope to trying to lead a normal life again, thanks to the superb care provided by spectrum. We are really glad to have found Spectrum and would highly recommend them.

This company is our lifeline. They are caring and respectful in all of their dealings with us. I and my partner are both clients, and we have a wide diversity of needs. We are always sent competent carers, ready to deal with our complex situation. The staff and management are open to feedback, and take
action to amend any issues. Most of all, though, our needs are paramount in this company’s practice. Management is aware that life happens and works with us to make sure our needs are met, regardless of the set schedule, when we have emergency situations. It is hard to have strangers come into one’s home, especially when they are there to help us with intimate needs. Spectrum has a family-oriented approach to our care, so there isn’t a constant rotation of different carers; we consider them part of our family.
I cannot say enough good about them. They are our lifeline.

Brilliant care company. Always has a positive approach and attitude. All service users are treated with the utmost respect. The manager and his team are more than 100% caring. They are all lovely people, and they are always ready to go the extra mile or so. Nothing at all is too much trouble for them.
They remain friendly and professional no matter what. They take great pride in the services that they provide. And attention to detail is paramount, always. The manager has a brilliant head of knowledge and it is widespread. I have met quite a few of the team, and each and every one of them are unique, special, caring, etc. in what they do.
I have a very great deal of respect for the manager, his family and the team.
If you are not 100% happy with your present care provider. Then do the best thing that you could possibly do today, and give Spectrum Home Care a call. You will not be disappointed. They are the new Florence Nightingales. Best thing I've ever done.
