Mum looks forward to the carers coming in on a tea time. They make her tea and shower and chat to her. They are always on time, friendly and helpful and lovely with mum. Brilliant service. Thank you.

As a family we are extremely pleased with the level of care received by Mum. Most importantly she is very happy with the carers particularly their attitude and the way they respectfully listen to her needs and wishes. We would definitely recommend Helping Hands Newark.

Overall, it's not too bad. Over the months, there has been a few problems with certain members of staff that has been resolved with the management. Hopefully, the treatment will now be stable.

Care given by the Newark team at Helping Hands was excellent. I would recommend them, and have, to family and friends.
Cost issue, we use three care companies when on holiday in the Lake District, North Yorkshire and County Durham, all three provide a comparable level of care at up to £10 a day cheaper.
Helping hands, due to its size should have economies of scale, there is no evidence of this.
Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We really appreciate your feedback. I will communicate this to the branch manager and Area Care Manager. Best wishes.
Very thorough review, ensured all of our needs were catered for.
We have access to staff in our local office - they are always helpful and supportive.
Carers are always punctual, caring and concerned. They work hard and always leave us feeling cheerful and well cared for.
Establishing a contact for care from Helping Hands is the best step I could have taken to support my wish to remain at home despite frailty and numerous health problems. The staff have been excellent - a real joy to welcome them into my home. They combine efficiency with care and support, and I feel so much better after their visits.
It brightens my day each time the care provider comes to help me. Very careful strip washing, all my creams applied soothingly. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room are always left tidy. Sandwiches and hot meals are presented carefully. Any extra help, such as phoning the doctor or arranging transport for hospital appointments is provided smoothly. I am extremely grateful for this.
That's all I need to say.
Best wishes.
The carers are very efficient and pleasant.
Best wishes.
