Job Title: Branch Care Manager
About me
As the registered branch manager, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the branch to ensure that it is efficient in providing the highest standard of care to all our customers as well as ensuring that our branch staff and team of carers feel supported within their role. At Helping Hands Maidenhead our team of carers and branch staff aspire to deliver a service that is person-centred and meets the needs of those in our local community.
Experience and expertise
I started my journey into care in 2008 as a care assistant as I wanted to have a career that was rewarding and gave me a sense of purpose and I have to say the goal is still the same.
Why I chose Helping Hands
I joined Helping Hands as I strongly believe in their ethos and values, we have such an amazing network of support who lives these values on a daily basis so I feel blessed to be part of such an amazing team.
