My Mum loved them and benefitted from their visits. They were a huge improvement on our previous carers.
Some practical elements needed tweaking, but this is always the case in these situations and can be rectified.
Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Carers are all very kind, respectful and professional. They look after my father who has Alzheimer's and is bedbound. They provide personal care and they are very thorough and considerate. They are a pleasure to have in the house. I'm very grateful for their service.

Helping Hands has offered excellent care for my mother since the beginning of the year. Her carers are warm and compassionate and the office is very responsive. We've been hugely impressed by their service, in particular the continuity of care mum receives, and would be happy to recommend them.

I used Helping Hands after having spinal surgery and needing help with personal care. I was not looking forward to having assistance, but from the first phone call, I just knew Helping Hands were right for me. Then when my carer arrives, well I don't know how to put into words how relaxed and assured I was. She is the perfect, caring, kind, patient, professional and calming. She is just an angel and I cannot thank her enough. I will clearly miss her 9am each morning.
