All Care have been a godsend to my Mum & myself unfortunately I havnt met them all but they all have been wonderful so helpful and understanding to my Mums needs in the time she has needed them most I know she will miss them, whenever I need to contact them they are always very friendly and helpful on the phone and know most of them on a first name basis I cant recommend this company enough and I thank them with all my heart.

He always helps me with appointments, calls, and everything I need. The office team are also incredibly kind and helpful, especially with booking my hospital transport. Their support means so much to me.

The team have always been very accommodating and sympathetic to our situation. The regular carers that my Dad has are really great.

From the start, All Care has been nothing but kind, caring, thoughtful and brilliant. I wouldn't recommend another care company. From the initial assessment with my grandfather, to the care he had received from them. Fantastic.

I am satisfied with my care I get a morning visit ( a lovely person). I have, however, asked on numerous occasions for a female carer, but this has not happened. Also, I do not have a regular time for my carer to come. I have waited on occasions till 7:15 pm for someone to come, so I can have my evening meal, as I rely of them as I cannot do it myself.(very late to eat)

I had many different companies of carers last few years but only your company can provide a very standard quality service and professional carers to look after me very well with deepest gratitude. may I take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the carers who visited me everyday on time and helped me to cut the veggies tiny small with patience. I ever met a carer who did a great shop with me how thoughtful he is to remind me what I needed and also after payments he made sure I paid the right amount with his thoughtfulness. He knows all the techniques so that he can manage all the tasks of domestic work. I ever met a carer can cleaned my windows absolutely transparent so that I can enjoy the viewing outside with deepest appreciation. finally I would like to appreciate all the excellent staffs who all are amazing friendly and kindly to talk me every time with patience. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received up to now. Having had a bad experience with another company makes me more appreciative! Your recruiting methods produce a very good standard of carers.

After my previous social care arrangements became inadequate, All Care has stepped in and helped me tremendously so far. The two carers I've had in place have been wonderful and I'm so appreciative of their hard work and genuine care, as well as the lovely support of the manager and supervisor to help set this up and advocate for me with social services.

The office staff always do their best to accommodate our needs and would like to thank them all for their help and support.

I have found that the All Care carers to be reliable, friendly, and approachable. I feel confident that my daughter is receiving high-quality care, but most importantly, that she is safe. There was an issue with one carer which was reported and dealt with. Other than that some members of the team have gone above and beyond expectations in terms of supporting and caring about my daughter. I am very grateful for their help.

Can't praise this team enough for their care and attention in the service they provide, the carers go the extra mile and communication is good. I see the team working hard and pulling together to make sure things are coordinated and nothing slips through the net. They genuinely care and seem to handle issues sensitively. Forever grateful.

Our experience is 100% good. Our carer is always on time and very respectful. I have to thank My Life for making it possible that my husband has the same carer every day. If I need extra cover generally I can be accommodated.

Short but so very truthful. So many missed calls and lying from some of these people. Some I do get on with as they are great but to be lied to and treated terribly towards my elderly mother is discrimination 100% fact. I just hope the new manager can sort out the bad staff.

Apart from minor hiccups, the care my wife has received during the past months while in palliative care has been excellent. Many thanks.

All carers that I have met have been polite and very approachable. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.
