My mum needed emergency care put in place for when she came out of hospital. We have had excellent service through this journey of providing care. Mum is in a good routine with the carers and is happy with their kindness to her. We actually decided to continue the care going forwards.

All Care have been a godsend to my Mum & myself unfortunately I havnt met them all but they all have been wonderful so helpful and understanding to my Mums needs in the time she has needed them most I know she will miss them, whenever I need to contact them they are always very friendly and helpful on the phone and know most of them on a first name basis I cant recommend this company enough and I thank them with all my heart.

All care have been providing support and care for my mother for a number of years now and up until recently had increased the care to incorporate overnight care due to mum's vulnerability at night. Throughout the care process we have been able to address any issues or concerns about mum with the carers and office staff to ensure that she is provided with the most updated care. The support they have provided has been invaluable in allowing mum to live alone in her home to the age of 94. Unfortunately in June this year she left home to live in a care home near to myself. I know mum is forever thankful as am I for the help and support provided over the years. Thank you

He always helps me with appointments, calls, and everything I need. The office team are also incredibly kind and helpful, especially with booking my hospital transport. Their support means so much to me.

The team have always been very accommodating and sympathetic to our situation. The regular carers that my Dad has are really great.

I am satisfied with my care I get a morning visit ( a lovely person). I have, however, asked on numerous occasions for a female carer, but this has not happened. Also, I do not have a regular time for my carer to come. I have waited on occasions till 7:15 pm for someone to come, so I can have my evening meal, as I rely of them as I cannot do it myself.(very late to eat)

My Dad was cared for by the Mid-Hants team for a good year before sadly needing full time nursing care. Dad neve had a bad word to say about any of the carers and a few of them he always looked forward to seeing them.

Always supportive and kind and sensitive to his needs. One of his carers supported Dad after losing his Wife, my Mum. Mum was always very fond of their carer. My Mum was wise as the carer was amazingly supportive throughout Dad's grieving process. Dad misses her and often wonders how she is doing.

Dad's other cares were also caring and supportive and gave him the time to have a chat if he wanted and some space if he wanted that.

No criticism other that sometimes the call times were too close together but I appreciate the nature of the business. Thank you to the team in the Basingstoke Office. From myself and Dad.

may I express my heartfelt thanks for the carers of All care .. I had many different companies of carers last few years but only your company can provide a very standard quality service and professional carers to look after me very well with deepest gratitude. may I take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the carers who visited me everyday on time and helped me to cut the veggies tiny small with patience. I ever met a carer who did a great shop with me how thoughtful he is to remind me what I needed and also after payments he made sure I paid the right amount with his thoughtfulness. He knows all the techniques so that he can manage all the tasks of domestic work. I ever met a carer can cleaned my windows absolutely transparent so that I can enjoy the viewing outside with deepest appreciation. finally I would like to appreciate all the excellent staffs who all are amazing friendly and kindly to talk me every time with patience. Friendly and willing carers generally on time but times can get changed without notice.

i am a Client of All Care I think all care are one in a Million all the Staff at all care are Extremely Polite and very helpful the Manager is such a wonderful person which I had the pleasure to meet on a few occasions all the Carers. are all very helpful and very Polite my career is really lovely all ways Extremely happy and very Polite So if was ever asked what Company I used I Personally Recommend All Care

Very happy with your professional friendly carers and consistency of carers. They always make sure that I am ok. Not so happy when I am not informed of changes. I do accept that care may be delayed due to emergencies. I cannot have late calls as I am diabetic ie after 9am.

Have only just started having carers for my husband for personal hygiene & care. Am very happy with all of the carers that have come. my husband seems to interact with all of them which is good. There is a lot fo banter and for someone who did not want them he is enjoying their company and help. I cannot praise them enough.
