may I express my heartfelt thanks for the carers of All care .. I had many different companies of carers last few years but only your company can provide a very standard quality service and professional carers to look after me very well with deepest gratitude. may I take this opportunity to express
my appreciation for the carers who visited me everyday on time and helped me to cut the veggies tiny small with patience. I ever met a carer who did a great shop with me how thoughtful he is to remind me what I needed and also after payments he made sure I paid the right amount with his thoughtfulness. He knows all the techniques so that he can manage all the tasks of domestic work. I ever met a carer can cleaned my windows absolutely transparent so that I can enjoy the viewing outside with deepest appreciation. finally I would like to appreciate all the excellent staffs who all are amazing friendly and kindly to talk me every time with patience. I was grateful and lucky well done

i am a Client of All Care I think all care are one in a Million all the Staff at all care are Extremely Polite and very helpful the Manager is such a wonderful person which I had the pleasure to meet on a few occasions all the Carers. are all very helpful and very Polite my career is really lovely all

All Care have looked after my elderly mother for several years and have been been wonderful. It has been a life changer for my mother and for us in the family. A core team of genuinely caring, highly experienced, extremely responsible Carers have become very familiar. We know them almost as friends.
Yes,
there are glitches occasionally, but these are organisational & availability issues which the office always do everything possible to resolve in less than perfect situations.
All Care always keep us informed and it is very re-assuring to know Mum is in very capable hands.
We can't thank office manager and her excellent team enough for what she has done for us. Mum recently went into respite care to get over illness before going back home. It became evident Mum needs a much extended care package and the manager has really gone the extra mile to advise and help us with our interface with the authorities, to get this successfully approved.
We cannot recommend All Care enough.

After my previous social care arrangements became inadequate, All Care has stepped in and helped me tremendously so far. The two carers I've had in place have been wonderful and I'm so appreciative of their hard work and genuine care, as well as the lovely support of the manager and supervisor to help
set this up and advocate for me with social services.

We have had an amazing carer attending to my daughter's complex needs for several months. She is not only an extremely experienced carer but very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I honestly don't know how we would have managed without her.
The office staff always do their best to accommodate
our needs and would like to thank them all for their help and support.

I have found that the All Care carers to be reliable, friendly, and approachable. I feel confident that my daughter is receiving high-quality care, but most importantly, that she is safe. There was an issue with one carer which was reported and dealt with. Other than that some members of the team have
gone above and beyond expectations in terms of supporting and caring about my daughter. I am very grateful for their help.

Can't praise this team enough for their care and attention in the service they provide, the carers go the extra mile and communication is good. Our experience is 100% good. Our carer is always on time and very respectful. I have to thank My Life for making it possible that my husband has the same carer every day. If I need extra cover generally I can be accommodated.

Short but so very truthful. So many missed calls and lying from some of these people. Some I do get on with as they are great but to be lied to and treated terribly towards my elderly mother is discrimination 100% fact. I just hope the new manager can sort out the bad staff.

Very good care received. The office give regular calls to the client to see how they can improve or see if all is satisfactory.
When calls are missed due to staff shortages they are apologetic and try to work around it or advise ahead.

I am generally pleased with the service I receive, but this does vary depending on the office, use of maps, times between clients. The office staff never phone you back when promised and tend not to communicate with each other. As I am a client with multiple needs I am grateful for the staff that know
what to do (when they are sent). The office do try their best and don't know how grateful I am. Unfortunately, I am not able to name the staff who have helped me so much.
1) Routes need to be planned better with travelling time included - to make the service better.

As usual in my experiences, the carers are very good and generally, the service is let down by the office staff who are unable to communicate with either users and in some instances, carers. Some new carers need a great deal of training and then still don't fit into the role of carer, where some are
made for the role. With Covid-19 restrictions, there is often a lack of personal hugs where no touching is permitted, but an arm around shoulders can go a long way when I am upset.
