New service for my mum; so far the service has been as follows:
Day 1- Care team arrived knowing absolutely nothing, not even the code for the key safe.

Day 1- Care team arrived knowing absolutely nothing, not even the code for the key safe.
Day 2 - Care team arrived 45 minutes late, no explanation or phone call to inform us of this so I asked if there was a problem, only to be spoken to like something you would wipe off your shoe and this was done with eyes being drawn and then a back turned on me.
Day 3 - Late 15 minutes and managed to wash, dry, dress, and feed my mum all within half an hour.
My mum is not able to move or assist in any way during her care time yet this company do not even have a copy of her care plan in the house to assist in the method her care should be given.
May I also say if this was in place the care team might have known that day 3 being Friday, Mum should have had her hair washed.
This company has not returned any phone calls from myself to discuss any aspect of my Mum's care.
