It does what it says on the tin, but changing visit times with little notice and no discussion is inconsiderate as I would prefer to be involved in any changes prior to your making them.

My dads carers have established a great rapport with him and provide a lifeline that allows him to continue live independently. His team are dedicated and warm and provide great support. We had worked with other care teams before but Hammil are a cut above.

When the time comes for a loved one to have carers, it's very hard. Having Hamill Homecare working with you makes it so much better. I would like to thank them.

I highly recommend Hamill Homecare as they provide a fantastic service. For 2 years, they have looked after my 92 year old mother who is living with Alzheimer's and is becoming increasingly frail. I am very happy that they enable my mother to remain in her own home, living independently, which is what she dearly wants. The care team are lovely; they are professional, caring, kind, friendly, dependable and punctual. I find the office team are very efficient and communication is excellent. Mum is very happy, settled and feels well looked after by the team at Hamill Homecare.

We transferred to Hamill Homecare 6 months ago. We are delighted with the high standard of care provided. The team showed the professionalism I was looking for - respectful, supportive, trustworthy, efficient and punctual. My husband is very happy with the carers and has a good relationship with them. He has severe communication issues, and it's great to hear him laughing and sharing a joke. They are lovely ladies who clearly care for their clients and enjoy their job. The carers also cover my respite. I know I can leave my husband in safe hands and he will be well looked after. I would certainly recommend Hamill Homecare.
