The manager is polite, there is always someone at the other end of the call even in the pandemic, and the carers are always on time. My sister is very pleased with the service. I am also pleased with the cleaning of my sister's home. It is like living with family when we visit her. Carers and cleaners really make her life comfortable and this is what we were hoping to find in the care service, it is tailored around our time which is perfect for me and the rest of my siblings.
