I can't tell you how amazing the whole care team at TCS are. Nicola the manager and Carmen are both so helpful and lovely. TCS have cared for my lovely mum for the past couple of years attending every morning and evening to wash and care for her. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they always tried to send carers that mum was familiar with. I particularly wanted to emphasise the amazing care mum received since leaving hospital and being on palliative care for the last couple of months. Mum made great friends with the lovely Marianna and they got very attached to each other. I can honestly say I wouldn't have got through it all without them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TCS.

Following my father's Reablement care TCS took over his permanent care with three visits each day. From the first assessment with Nikola to the daily care provided by Marga and Ina, we have been so pleased that we chose TCS. Marga has really worked hard to make life easier for both dad and ourselves and her level of care has been absolutely first class. The carers are reliable, trustworthy and very hard working for which we are so grateful. Support from the office and from Nikola has also been invaluable and has contributed to dad finally being accepted for a care home placement which his needs now dictate. We will miss the wonderful care visits from Marga and Ina but would have no hesitation in recommending TCS as a fantastic care company.

I've used TCS Homecare for several years. Their staff and office workers are always kind attentive and respectful. The office are always willing to help with any issue I might have. They can also be flexible if given enough notice.

Overall very satisfied with the service. I could confidently recommend TCS to anyone who needs care.

The staff and management have been nothing but excellent. One carer in particular is a star. I'm treated with kindness and dignity, at the moment my mobility is very poor and the staff do their utmost to go above and beyond to help me. The carer makes me lovely meals and is excellent at making sure my food's all in date. I would highly recommend TCS Homecare.

I cannot fault TCS. My mum is receiving care from the same carers who looked after my stepdad, who has Parkinson's. This continuity was important as she has Alzheimer's. Excellent communication with the office, who will always call me straight back if I send an email with any queries. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. I cannot fault the care my mum receives and would thoroughly recommend TCS.

TSC work hard to maintain continuity of carers which is so important when providing care for someone with a complexity of needs. The carers and office staff work as a team with me to ensure communication is effective and all care needs are met. The majority of the carers are kind and caring. Caring for someone with significant needs is not easy and the carers carry out all tasks without complaint. It would be impossible for my relative to remain at home without the support and care of TSC staff.

I cannot fault the care I have received. My caregiver is efficient, charming, friendly, thorough, and reliable. My overall health and wellbeing has improved considerably. However, although it is to be expected, the care provided by the 'fill-in staff' could be improved.

I am very pleased with the care that I receive from my friends, my carers, although each is different, we are friends who work together. I know that they are supported by an efficient office staff, who will accept calls at any time of day, respond to queries with helpful advice and sort out a problem if I have one. They provide supervision of their carers and ensure that good standards are kept. Nice to work with. I do recommend this company.

Cover staff are ok, just can't compete with someone that cares for him mainly.

Same team looked after/cared for my dad, now my mum. Helps so much to have that continuity and trust.

Also, they are proactive when in contact with myself and we have built up a good understanding which helps with my father's care.

I have only had the carers coming in for a few weeks, however the two carers I have been allocated have proven to be both respectful and kind.

We are very happy with the staff. They are all very well and we are looked after very well. Nothing is too much trouble.
